Cigar Realm is my go-to cigar shop in Henrico. Every time I go, the very knowledgeable staff is happy to help (Santiago specifically has been very personable and helpful). I've been smoking cigars for a couple years on and off, but still have a lot of questions and the staff is always keen to make sure all of my questions are answered and I leave happy with cigars that I will enjoy. The selection is great. My only objection is that I wish they had more smaller ring gauge cigars, but I suppose that's more of an issue of what's popular nowadays than an actual issue with their wonderful selection. Overall, I've never had a negative experience there. I'll continue to be a loyal customer and I can't recommend Cigar Realm enough for anybody that's looking for an awesome local shop. read more

This has to be the most relaxed cigar lounge that makes you feel like home that I have ever been to. Scott the owner wants you to feel comfortable, and confident that he will provide a relaxed and pleasant smoking experience. I have purchased a locker and I have no complaints. The lockers are perfectly humidifier and monitored. And they treat you like family. I've been to many cigar lounges in my life throughout the U.S.A and I have to say Cigar Realm really makes you feel at home. Scott did extremely well with the ventilation and his staff is top notch. I want to let everyone in Richmond know the Cigar Realm on Three Chopt, near Cox is by far the best place to buy cigars/tobacco in Richmond. It is my favorite place to hang out and smoke a cigar, the people I have met there have been incredible.
