From BHT, facilitators, Chris my therapist, and Ebony my Case Manager, all of the staff truly helped me by educating me with the proper tools and mindset for my recovery. For anyone who is hesitant on what facility is the right choice, Banyan's program offers a good curriculum designed to enrich your life with the right resources. They provided us the opportunities to participate in outdoor hikes, spiritual services, equine therapy, and even a plethora of meetings including AA and NA. The only reason I gave Banyan a 4/5 is because of the heat. June is a hot month.

This is a really great place for recovery and you only get 20 minutes four days a week on your phones to make personal calls family member and call and check on you and I'm still sober. He was definitely in a tough position at the time he arrived there but came out with incredible results. The genuine smiles I've seen since are some I've missed seeing for a long time and I'm so happy to see them back again. I have my friend back and totally owe it to Hideaway. For all the days that I was there each staff member proved to be knowledgeable, professional, caring, and even had a sense of humor when appropriate. The medical director makes an appearance every day at the bedside. The occupational and physical therapy was on a level close to what many athletes have to go through- there was no sitting on your laurels. This is where you want to go if your goal is to get better and be as strong as you can- to finish recovery at home. This is the place you want to be. I can't recommend it highly enough. It's a real gem in the desert to have a place like this. Even the food was good!

She was transfered with her records. Staff at Rancho acted like they did not have them. I Left messages every day for 3 days to speak with the Dr . he never returned my calls, Called nurses desk half the time no answer. 1 out of 4 times some one returns my calls. less then half the time did some one have update on her present condition.. conflicting information. she had theropy , she did not have theropy because of COVD in building Never recomendj

I am now on my 30th day of PHP, and I can confidently say that the work we've done together has transformed me on every level--emotionally, spiritually, relationally, and personally. Because of Joshua, I don't just understand what recovery looks like--I know how to live it. He's helped me build a foundation rooted in honesty, integrity, and purpose. I found Palm Springs Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Joshua Callahan, lead therapist, got me right. In no waiting. He set me up with Rick Rayburn. His therapy was strong, effective and I am feeling so much better. Wish I hadn't waited. Joshua also makes sure outpatients have front-row, reserved parking. Would I go back? In a beat. They are kind, compassionate and caring! Jonas is also a star there. He seems to be reserved for inpatient care. Lucky patients. He is superb. They call you by name and give you a full 45-minute workout and sometimes more.
