Love this place. The pizza is always great at any CiCi's, the staff is always very friendly, service is quick because... it's a buffet! Ambiance however is just your typical CiCis. When we were here one of the soda dispensers didn't have ice. Here's a tip for people wishing for soda dispensers to NOT make your water taste like the drink it dispenses from: run the water button for 2 seconds and then the flavor will have rubbed off. Save your money, go anywhere else. Walked in and tables were full of dirty plates piled up. The place was not busy, employees standing around watching the TVs. Tried to pay 8 times and the cashier voided the transaction 8 times until they finally tried another register. Kept telling us it was our card. It ended up not being our card but cashier malfunction. We started with salads and were told they were out of ranch dressing. I asked 3 other people and one of them found the ranch after a 12 minute wait. I watched one employee who was wearing plastic gloves put his hands in his pants, it seems he was trying to tuck in his shirt. But his hand was in to his wrist... then with the same gloves handled food. That seemed disgusting to me. They were out of ice tea and nobody seemed like they wanted to make more and to ask was being a burden. The pizza crust was not crisp but had the under-cooked feel. We then went to the arcade and half the games didnt work but took our credits anyway and when it came to cash in tickets there was nobody there. I asked the cashier for help and he said nothing and kept doing whatever it was he was doing. Finally after what felt like forever he came to help and was sloth like slow in doing anything. Was not polite, didnt smile and talked to my kids like he was being bothered by being there. To sum this up, this place needs to be closed down and turned into a DMV, the same people could work there. This was the first time we ate here. I've heard about how good it was for years so we decided to try it. The food was good. We ordered four buffets for my wife and boys but I ordered a pizza. When I got my pizza the refused to let me eat it and said I had to leave the store because it was a "carry out" pizza. I had to sit there while my family eat and not eat the pizza I paid for. It ruined the atmosphere for me and I don't think I would be back. Unfortunate customer service that could have easily been remedied. Absolutely the worst experience we've ever had at a CiCis! The manager, Brittney, was very rude! When we told her she didn't need to be rude, she got even worse! We were eating in and went to pick up a to go order, only to find out they had given it to someone else! She said it would take 5 minutes to remake it! We waited another 20 minutes before Mike, who was extremely nice, brought us our order and something extra. He even apologized! When I told Brittney I was writing a review, she said my name is spelled B-R-I-T-T-N-E-Y! As we left, we could see on lthe inside, that B-R-I-T-T-N-E-Y, was letting Mike have it.
