I came here for an early dinner (around 4 PM). I haven't had Cici's in almost 20 years (because there are none near my area). Great place to have differnet types of pizzas. I especially enjoyed the thin slice spinach pizza. They also have a salad bar and a small pasta bar with marinara sauce or alfredo sauce. I put some alfredo sauce in a small bowl and dips my crusts in the sauce. Patrick was friendly and provided me great service. He mentioned thats Cici's has an app where you can earn points for rewards. On Monday and Tuesday Cici's has a special for $5.99 . All you need to do is show the picture that is posted. This is good until the end of 2025. Enjoy!!! read more

Went here for dinner with out-of-town family after every restaurant we planned on going to was either packed or getting ready to close, and I'm SO glad we did. The pizza was awesome, even for being there late and near closing. Staff was so friendly, and the restaurant was super clean! We loved that you could request pizzas, and their salad bar was great! Prices were great for a family. Will definitely be back! read more

Cicis Pizza is one of my favorite places to go for pizza and a buffet in the area! Went here with family on a Sunday night and used the Stingrays game discount. Their spinach alfredo pizza, barbecue pizza, and various other pizzas were hot, fresh, and tasty. Their chocolate lava cake like brownies and delectable cinnamon roll were the icing on the cake at the end of the meal. The location was clean and the staff are very polite. The manager was super friendly & the gentleman keeping the tables clean was very nice & did a wonderful job. I recommend and would come back! read more

I had a huge appetite and was in North Charleston so thought of Cicis! All of the pizza I tried tasted hot and fresh. The service was also great. They made me a spinach Alfredo pizza just so I could try it. I also thought the place seemed clean. They have servers giving you the pizza so everyone isn't touching the spatulas. This Cicis Pizza location is the BEST in the tri-county area! Restaurant is always clean, food is hot, fresh/delicious and the employees treat you like family (the ones they love!) I even got my 86 year old mother to enjoy eating there with me. That says A LOT, because she's finicky in her (young) age. I highly recommend the barbeque chicken with red onion pizza. It's my favorite and a must have every time I dine there. Their wings are the best I've ever had in any restaurant, so they are a good bonus. This Cicis is becoming a weekly and enjoyable visit. Please tell them Lisa from North Charleston sent you--enjoy your meal! read more

This place is a guilty pleasure of mine. It's not the greatest pizza in the world but nobody goes to a buffet for quality, it's quantity we desire!!! Cicis does not disappoint. They have every kind of pizza you can imagine: red sauce, white sauce, thin, thick, EVERYTHING!!! If you can't find it on their bar just fill out a little sheet and they will create your own concoction and bring it to your table. In this holiday season where cozy is in, throw your cares out the window and indulge in some Cicis pizza buffet. read more

Went to this location last night with my family at 5... I still remember a time when I could go and eat for 25 to 30 bucks now you're stuck paying over 50 for 4 adults and one kid. The food was good as could be but it cost just as much to go here with my family as it does to go to California Dreaming... the days of having cheap food for a big family are obviously gone. The staff was cordial and the gentleman who took our plates was very courteous. Not a bad place to go when you're hungry now but goodnight they went from 3.99 to 6.99 pretty dadgum quick! read more

First time at a Cici's and it was better than I expected. We got there around 11:20am and there were a few other tables there already. The salad bar had plenty of fresh options and the pasta bar was a nice addition. There weren't very many pizzas out, though. The four cheese, pepperoni and thin crust spinach we're all pretty good. They had dessert pizza and brownies as well. We realized when we were leaving about an hour later that they were putting out each of the other pizzas (and wings!). Maybe we arrived too early. The location was clean and the staff was very polite. Plenty of parking in the shopping center where it is. read more

We have been to CiCi's so many times over the years, my best guesstimate is north of 500 times. I'm leaving them a review as I'm now a happy customer and should have left one a long time ago. This particular location used to have a manager that was completely obnoxious, gaslighted her employees (loud enough to be heard throughout the restaurant), rude to some customers and overly solicitous to others, and didn't really seem to work at all but worked really hard at running her mouth. Close to 8 years ago, I got into a verbal altercation with another customer (a teenager called me a b****h and I wasn't going to just let that go) and I had to demand my money back as I clearly was not going to stay and eat with this oddly angry child yelling at me. The manager was pretty darn rude about it and I lost my patience (that's on me). She finally handed over the money and we walked out. I SWORE I would never step foot in that location again. And we haven't. A couple of months ago, hubs says let's just try it since we're at Tanger anyway and it's so inexpensive. I think I said "fine", expecting the worst. Well, boy was I wrong! New management made all the difference! Salad bar is fully stocked and just yummy. Marinara and Alfredo sauces are the same as they were years ago. Pizza is great for the price. It's so nice to remember enjoying it when we'd have all of our kids (there are 5 total) on a weekend and it just hit the spot. I mean, it's an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet for like $9.00 with a drink. We only ever pay @ $33.00 for three adult buffets, 2 regular sodas and 1 water (4 out of our 5 kids are over 21, so we only have 1 kid we take to CiCi's now, lol). Cheapest around and it tastes pretty good. Ambiance is nice when there aren't 800 screaming 7 year-olds in the arcade/game room in the back. Sometimes, it's pretty quiet and is very pleasant with awesome music (80's, which is my personal fave). You can't help the kids, though. Definitely recommend for a quick, inexpensive, decent meal. read more

Great place for family, and food usually nice employees I 100% recommend not too much else to say

This is a good place for the family to have a night out. Not expensive and good food. Don't expect gourmet pizza but good tasting and will build to suit your taste. Decent salad bar. And the workers keep it nice and clean read more

Super star people working in this location. There are lot of varieties for $4.99 and if you are a Military Personnel -you get 0.50 cents discount. 3.5 stars. Not bad for an all-you-can-eat pizza buffet place, but not great either. The pizza I tried was pretty tasty - pepperoni, BBQ chicken, buffalo chicken - but was a little bit greasy for my liking. The BBQ chicken was my fav. The salad and toppings were fairly good too, as was the desserts I had - cinnamon bread rolls and apple pie. Pretty good lunch for the price, but certainly not the best pizza around. The staff was friendly, but restaurant was a little messy. Of course they had a lot of kids in there so maybe not a battle the staff could win. Definitely be prepared for lots o' kids if you go on a weekend. read more

Much to my surprise, I recently left CiCi's Pizza feeling very impressed. After a busy day of shopping we were just looking for something quick, but not a drive thru burger. As soon as we entered the clerk started our order and a member of management stepped up to assist and be sure we were aware of one their new menu items, chicken wings. The process was pretty typical, but as we made our way through the salad bar it was obvious that this CiCi's was a cut above so many others. The salad bar was full and fresh and the pasta and pizza bar was well stocked. The restaurant was full of patrons and the staff was working the dining room to be sure no one needed anything. My daughter was interested in the mac and cheese pizza and came back to the table with a couple pieces to compliment her salad. I commented that I hadn't had it before but that there wasn't any left and a member of management walking by heard me and offered to put a personal pizza in the oven for me that would be ready in 7 minutes. He brought me a beeper in case he got busy, but he kept his eye on the kitchen and delivered it to me in just a few minutes. The staff checked back on us regularly without being annoying just to be sure we didn't need anything else. It may not sound like much, but I really appreciate it when someone goes over and above even when it seems no one is looking. The service and the overall dining experience at CiCi's has definitely changed my opinion and I will certainly put them back on my list for quick food options in the future. read more

Best Cicis location I've been too. Pizza and service was great. All the tables are clean

Excellent all around pizza and environment! Pizza was always hot and soda/pop was great! The food was 5 stars, but we were set back after dinner when we wanted to play games in the arcade. Most games that were any good were out of order or wouldn't work. If that was not the case it would be 5 stars. read more

Great dining experience. They have an excellent COVID plan in place. Gloves and new utensils for salad bar. Servers handling pizza, hot bar and deserts. Food was hot, delicious and fresh tasting. The jewel of my visit and what made my visit an "experience" was a worker. I'm assuming she is a manager. She was constantly motivating the other employees, and engaging with the guests the whole visit. Each time a pizza came out she would announce it with a jingle like "it's not a dream we got a supreme". She is very customer oriented. You can tell she enjoys her job. read more

Was greeted heavily in while entering and exiting. Which is good as long as the person isn't 10 ft away shouting hello resulting in me shouting hello back. A lot of places do this and they get mad when I don't speak. The speciality pizza I ordered was messy/sloppy but yet tasty (see pic). They just need to slow down and make the pizza more precisely. The personal pan meat was slipping and slopping all over the tray. What should I expect for a 5.99 meal. I guess. read more

Glad we gave this a try. I'm not normally a buffet style person, but this was clean and organized and the manager was front and center to monitor the pizzas. The staff was friendly, the guy waking around cleaning plates was pleasant and courteous and stayed busy yet out of the way. Salad bar was small, but a nice compliment to the pizza. Many flavors, enjoyed that they were always hot when I went up there. The dessert section had 3 choices and I liked the mini cinnamon rolls. Nice job. Overall a good experience, low cost ($5.99 for all you can eat). Lots of families, so if you have low tolerance for kids you might not enjoy the atmosphere. I thought it was fine, seemed a good crowd for a Saturday at 12:30. read more

Cici's has changed but the pizza has got even better! Of course the place isn't going to look immaculate, there's kids/families running around and lunch can get pretty hectic so I'm not even going to review that part. My review is based on the service and the food strictly. So many varieties of pizza were out and all the ones I tried were delicious, hot and even had the calories listed on top so that's a plus! The manager and staff were funny and friendly too. There's a lot of seating but there is always one staff member who goes around cleaning dirty tables and taking used plates. It's also ridiculously cheap for what you get! I'm not a buffet person but this place is an exception for me. read more

Been here many times. More and more it's becoming playground for people to bring their undisciplined children and let them run free. The last 2 times I've gone to this location the pizza bar was bare at best. Only a few slices. Multiple big groups with wild children and dirty tables. The staff all seem like they don't want to be there and the girl at the register was more interested in answering her text message than taking my money. It's turning into another Rivers Ave Chucky Cheese. read more

It's a good value for $5.00. My problem with Cicis is that they don't have a variety. When I was there, the pizza varieties were traditional pepperoni, traditional cheese, pepperoni and jalapenos, pepperoni on white sauce, chicken on white sauce, cheese on white sauce, spinach on white sauce, and thick (square) pepperoni. Are vegetables that expensive??? I noticed several people ordering pizzas with mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc. that the servers would bring to the customers' tables. But they didn't take the hint -- that people want variety-- and place any out on the bar. The salad bar is decent. I actually got some black olives, peppers and onions and put them on my slices of pizza. They didn't have the barbecue pizza, the mac and cheese pizza, or the taco pizza the day I went. Cicis needs to realize that not everyone wants pepperoni. And who in their right mind would want white sauce on a pizza?! I tried some and tasted like just ranch dressing. Ick. Tomato sauce all the way for me! On the plus side, the restaurant was clean. read more

The staff was friendly and attentive. They were working to keep the place clean even though it was busy. It was a good value for a family of four to eat lunch. There's no way a pizza place would be busy at 1:30 on a Saturday, right? Ha. I'm naïve. The place was packed on this mid afternoon. $20 for 2 adults and a kid, and we were off. The salad bar offerings looked fresh. The pizzas were coming out fairly quickly, so there was always something fresh. A usual assortment of cheese, pepperoni, veggie, sausage.... Desserts were also fresh. I guess that's the good thing about being busy - constant replenishment of the buffet! Pasta quality has always been terrible, but the pizza was decent. It's a pizza buffet, we aren't shooting for gormet here... The staff wasn't thrilled to be working there, but at least they weren't blatantly rude. One note: bathrooms needed work. There was a pile of meat in my stall.... Overall, it wasn't bad. Good for the purpose it serves: all you can eat pizza for cheap. read more
