Decent food with friendly staff. Buffet style. The desserts are pretty good. They have a few variety of pizzas such as Mac and Cheese. There is a salad area and even soup. $12 buffet with the drink included (free refills).

Tables were socially distanced correctly

I was shopping in the area and decided to stop in here for a quick lunch, I haven't been to a Cici's Pizza in like 10 years. I chose the $6.99 buffet which includes a buffet of salad, pizza, dessert and pasta. Not a bad deal at all. I was pleased with the lady in the front who is the cashier because she and an older gentleman who cleans the tables, wore their face masks the entire time I was in the restaurant. The gentleman also sanitized tables after people were done. I was also pleased that there was sanitizer available in 2 places, the tables were socially distanced and the entire buffet section was wrapped so that nobody other than the employees could serve you the food. It seemed like they were taking Covid precautions very seriously which I can appreciate since I am pregnant. As for the food, I feel like for $6.99 you can't really be picky, they offer a lot of options and there's something in there for everyone which is nice, quality is subpar but for the price you can't expect much. The reason why I am giving 2 stars is because 2 employees, the one who serves the food at the buffet line and the lady in the back who handles the food and oven, both had masks around their ears but did not wear them properly over their mouth or nose, defeating the entire purpose of taking precautions in the restaurant because the two of them are the ones handling the actual food. Very concerning. It made me not want to eat there or trust the food. So needless to say I will not be back to this location. Very disappointing that people are not taking this pandemic seriously especially when people are still trying to support businesses while eating out. Spend your money somewhere else, don't take the risk.

The actual pizza and other food items in the buffet are basically 2-stars but I gave it a 3 because of the great price and convenience. The only sketchy thing that happened yesterday was that I had to manually type in my full credit card #, exp date and code onto their tablet screen with the cashier. I wish they would upgrade their software to allow Apple pay. After all, it is 2023.

I dont write negative reviews often, but today I met Jeyliz or Dalin " The operating Manager Today 10/11/21". She was very unhelpful and inconsiderate towards my brothers request to order his favorite pizza that he's been ordering since the beginning of time and his request was awkwardly declined after waiting about 20. She told me her name was Dailin, but our receipt said Jeylizhim to get out of the pizza bar. Where obviously if there was any of that kind, he wouldn't have been requesting anything. Cicis pizza is great buffet for pizza lovers but as far as the customer service here at this location definitely needs a little more improvement.

Fusilli pasta, heavy on the marinara sauce and a slice of Hawaiian pizza

Fine Waterfront Dining in Hialeah!!! . .. Ok, ok, we're more than likely not looking at organic or farm to table ingredients. The "waterfront" is the canal on Red Road / W 4th Avenue / NW 57 Ave. But when you're working late, Cici's becomes a good addition to the "Late Night Gourmet" repertoire. I came by after work, craving pasta which had lacked from my diet lately and saw the Cici's logo across the water. Pulling in through one of the culvert bridges, I came to satisfy my hunger. Pay around $7, allowing me unlimited soda refills (even Cherry Coke!), munch on a variety of elementary school cafeteria-style Acme brand pizza (but they had Hawaiian), and even enjoy dessert pizza with some sort of apple topping. Yes, the dessert snob got to play! They even had a TV showing the game on ESPN. Not bad, not bad at all!

This place deserves a 3 stars for today's service. Since it is a Wednesday, there are not a lot of customers here. So some of the pizza look really old. Also, they don't allow you to put pizza order anymore. But the lady is nice enough to make half of the pizza that we want. Another point, most of the employees don't wear masks or not wear it properly. But I will still give 4 stars just because they are still open. The other two cicis near our place have permanently closed during the pandemic.

After visiting Harbor Tools I decided to visit Cici's Pizza located in the same shopping plaza. The price for the buffet without soda is around $7 and with soda is around $10. They have a small salad bar, pasta section with marinara or alfredo sauce, and a wide variety of pizzas with finally a brownie and cinnamon roll at the end of the buffet line. Their cheese bread is very good when they come out fresh from the oven, and their pizzas aren't that bad compared to other commercial pizza chains. However, I do think the staff does need to do a better job at ensuring that the pizzas on the buffet line are always fresh and not sitting stale in the lights for too long.

Pee on the trash can even

Pee everywhere seems like someone's too good to clean the bathroom it's a job why does my kid have to sit in pee during COVID you think they would be more cleanly sad my kid had to wait till we got home absolutely disgusting and not the first time they have gloves for a reason guys use them there was also pee on the walls and trash can

Worst Cici's buffet in town, the costumer service is terrible, no one gives you a good treat. I ordered a pizza and I had to wait 50 minutes to get it and it was uncooked, I will publish the photo. Also, when I was looking for my order the personnel was very rude all the time. The place was very dirty and restrooms were a mess.

Everyone has garlic knots on tables that look and smell amazing. However, they're a little hard due to probably being the oven longer and using the same pizza dough. We started with a white pizza that generally was good. Ricotta was smothered then topped with mozzarella. No garlic, oregano or EVOO so it seemed little too careless what could have been stellar pie. Meatballs were huge covered in red sauce and were nicely seasoned. Pastas were a little under-seasoned, huge portions that pooled water. Could have been a drained more carefully or sauces thicker. A few more teaspoons of parsley or a bit of fresh grated Parmesan would have elevated them. Veal Parm entree on the menu was crispy but smothered with mozzarella. It was a generous portion but it would have been great to get more of the contrasted breaded texture. Mussels seemed older than necessary and had a strong aroma. Asiago Gnocchi was a huge predominantly white plate filled with probably 24-30 dumplings. Drink menu had a lot of creative cocktails. Prices were very reasonable and the place gets busy with groups and families. Service was great and quick and the old timers made you feel at home.

We casually popped into this popular Hialeah spot, conveniently located right next door to Flanigan's, for a quick lunch. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly staff and promptly seated. As we looked over the menu, we spotted the $7 lunch special: a slice of pizza + a soda. Now THAT is a lunch deal you don't see every day! We placed our order and, about 10 minutes later, our pizza arrived. Fresh, hot, cheesy, and definitely giving New York-style pizza vibes. I went with the Salvatore Special, which was really good overall. My only personal preference would be the onions. The white onion was a little too raw for me. I'd much rather have red onions cooked until they're nice and tender, or skip the onions altogether. But here's the beauty of finding a new pizza spot: now I know exactly how I'm ordering it next time! Good pizza, friendly service, quick turnaround, and an unbeatable lunch special. This Hialeah pizza stop has earned itself a return visit.

The lasagna was below average. The garlic rolls were fine. Unsurprisingly, we didn't get dessert. Don't come here if you like wine they have 5 selections and 4 of them is sutterhome
