Best cicis in all Fort Worth!! We had an event that ended at 9 pm & this location closed at 10pm. They continued to make pizza and didn't make us feel bad for coming in with a lot of people! Walked into cicis and the first thing the manager did was comment on my appearance said my boyfriend should get a belt for what I was wearing, as if it was too revealing. Which he had no business addressing, as my boyfriend tried to pay for our food the man continued to talk about how he would never let his woman go out the way I was dressed. It was offensive, it was arrogant of him to say. He did everything else but his job today. He was disruptive not only to me and my boyfriend but was also disruptive amongst his staff. What has happened to this place? It used to be far better than the other CiCis but the food has gone terribly down hill and the staff with it. We were met at the cash register by a friendly guy who said he was the Asst. GM. I really didn't want to hear his life story of his family booking a cruise and the reasons he wasn't going. I just wanted my food. After leaving the dreadful pizza on the table I looked forward to the usually wonderful cinnamon roles but was interrupted by the same man who, again, went on and on about his family and the cruise. Finally, got my cinnamon rolls. Oh my, had to leave them on the table too but not before the cashier/GM told me the Cicis app now only works internally and not for customers. This is my first time going to this CiCi's. I will tell you this is the first one I've been to that doesn't smell like a sewer. This place was actually really clean. Everything was fresh. We went at night. The night shift manager is awesome. He was very attentive and you can see he cares about providing great service. Definitely recommend this CiCi's. Celebrated my grandma's birthday here yesterday with the entire family. These are the types of occasions when you should go to CiCi's. Not the best pizza but it's cheap and good enough. Get the buffet and you can eat all day. We had 4 kids with us and had a great time. You can kind of let them run around and you don't have to be "on guard" the entire night out. Ok, normally if someone suggested let's go to a Ci-Ci's I would make a face and say ewww. But one night I was shopping next door with my little ones, and it was too late to make dinner so we went there. I was impressed by the new tables/chairs and booths in there. The staff at the front were very efficient and moved the dinner line along quickly. I was surprised to see a clean and fresh salad bar, though mini, but sufficient. The pizza and soup part were also clean and well stocked. Having formally worked in retail/restaurant field training, I always notice how the staff works and how well a restaurant is run while I am dining. I noticed that their manager was right in there with them making pizzas, bussing tables, greeting customers and overall being what a good manager should be. It's not everyday you see that and I wanted to give him props. :) All in all I would recommend this Ci-Ci's to anyone looking for an inexpensive easy meal, especially with children. But remember, everything in moderation :) read more

This place used to be five stars easily when that superstar manager was running the ship, but now quality and service has slipped. I wouldn't say it sucks (although it did for a little bit) but rather just mediocre. Mediocre is fine I guess since it is CiCi's as most people would say. Sydney greeted me with a smile. The restaurant is big and CLEAN. unlike Hulen. Sydney even kept busy restocking the salad bar. Everyone their is nice. The food was cold and the staff had no hair nets on or gloves and their long hair was not pinned up at all. One girl had hair down past her butt and was cooking our pizzas and i went to eat my spinach pizza and almost took a biteof hair that was long and cooked into the pizza. I mean she did not even have her hair up in a bun or pony tail nothing. It literally was gross. Also there was no clean tables and no clean silverware besides knives in the store for customers to use and also the tea was spoiled and bad. Do not go to the clifford store cicis pizza buffet at all. It sucks big time oh and no customer greeting or welcoming at all. Plus restrooms were disgustingly gross. read more

I order from this location at least 1-2 times a month through their app. This time I did not receive my drinks and couldn't get a message through to the driver. I called the store and the manager answered. I explained I have an infant and my back is out, which I why I had my order delivered- he REPEATEDLY asked me if I was really sure I couldn't come to the store to get my drinks. He also told me he could not refund me since I ordered through the app and asked me to find a customer service number to call and figure it out. I used to work at a different location and we would always figure out a way to help our customers if their was a problem. Wow. Guess I won't be ordered from this location any longer. It's been several years since I've eaten at Cicis, now I remember why. This is a clean restaurant and they have friendly staff, the food however is a different story. The pizza tasted like frozen pizza, and there isn't very many options to choose from. We use to eat here at least twice a week, but this is the first time I've been here in the last 6 to 7 years. My family and I went to enjoy a dinner at the white settlement location on Clifford there was 6 of us and the service was terrible. The tables were dirty. The food was terrible. I would never recommend this location to my worse enemy.. that's how bad it was. The pizza on the buffet was dry and rubbery and the salad bar has all the other vegetables mixed in with each compartment. Then when I said something to the attendant we started spooning through the different compartments to put the soiled food back into the correct containers disgusting. The noodles on the pasta were hard like they had been sitting there awhile. When I requested new, the Mgr Gabriela informed me that once the old was gone they would replenish.. are you kidding me. Who does that. We requested specialty pizzas for the family that were made incorrect. When we went to get them remade the manager huffed and puffed and wouldn't even let us get the information out about what was wrong cause her disposition was short and curt. I mean what kind of service is this??? I requested that the manager do something about this to correct this situation and all Gabriela could say is you only want free food. Are you kidding me? My family and I wanted a nice meal out that was tasteful and fresh. I want something done about this...We will never go back to this location. read more

I order pizza here probably once a week and I just don't understand how at least every other time they can't seem to get the order right. Even the receipt will be right but the order is not. Someone needs to check before they just stick it in the warmer. I don't want to wait 10-15 min more for you to make a new one. What happened to this place? They don't have trays anymore. They removed the booths. The napkins are no longer on table tops. The beverage machine is barely operational and the sodas are over carbonated. The salad bar is completely different and the pizza is not as good as it once was. Our entire experience was terrible. What makes this one my favorite is that there is space between the tables Nothing worse than trying to get your pizza on, and having some neighboring diner's elbow on your table I am not a pizza snob, by any means, so those that are can go pay $20 for a 16" pie, and hack on pizza buffets I like variety The thin crust pie at any CiCi's is my favorite. The cinnamon rolls alone are worth the price of entry Save some room for the cinnamon rolls they are better than every so called "premium" and "featured" cinnamon roll I have had locally There probably is a local bakery with better ones, but I doubt there is a better value on cinnamon rolls around As a matter of fact, you should get the cinnamon rolls first and save room for tasty pizza read more
