The staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming -- they even remembered exactly what I like to order and took the initiative to make it fresh without me even asking. That kind of service goes above and beyond and really makes me feel valued as a customer. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious, with plenty of variety for everyone. It's also very kid-friendly, which makes it a fun spot for families to enjoy a meal together. The price is very reasonable too -- usually about $9-$14 per person for the buffet depending on whether you get a drink, which is a great deal for the quality and variety you get. They are super friendly and even though it gets really busy here the quality of food is fantastic. The ambiance is always fantastic and the management team is on top of everything to ensure quality service and food quality as well. These people are like family now. It has been a long time since I have been to CiCis, and I was very impressed at the Buffet selections and the management of the restaurant. It was a very busy time, and there was a large party of a 30+ people that came in right after us. The place was busy but peaceful. The manager did a fantastic job of making sure the buffet stations were full and the food and beverage station and dining tables were clean. He went to the register a couple times to help with questions at the front. You could tell that he knew what he was doing. My husband had a special request for supreme pizza. There may have been a partial one on the buffet already, I do not know for sure, but the manager had a new one made. The BBQ Pizza and the Cinnamon rolls were two of my favorites. However, we were all impressed with the selections, the taste and freshness and quality (no skimping) of the food and beverages, the cleanliness of the restaurant and the bathroom and game area, and the kind and humble manager (Gage), and the staff were all excellent. They even had clean and neat appearances, which is very important in a restaurant. We visited on a coupon deal, but we're definitely going to return. Thank you so much! Still about average. Their pizza has gotten a little better in my opinion. You have all sorts of pizzas to choose from too. They are usually busy when I come in and they are usually a lot of kids here. So be sure to bring your kids. If you love pizza, then this is the perfect place for you. This Cici's Pizza was one of the best Cici's I have had (but there are still better Stevi B's restaurants than Cici's). The service was very prompt, and there was a plethora of pizzas available on the buffet line. The Mac and Cheese pizza was very good, and the brownies at Cici's are noteworthy. I have been here 3 times and I loved it. I went here yesterday and the lady who gives you the cups and takes the money actually started a conversation with me and not many people take time to show their customers they care about them like she did. Their pizza is honestly the best I have tasted. If they don't have what you want just tell them and they will make it for you and actually bring it to you. I just had the WORST experience! Left in TEARS RUDE Manager (The Bald one ) I paid with my credit card he gave me a receipt and I proceeded to sit down with my two slices of pizza when he approached my table and said aloud "i need to rerun your card" I think my machine is broken its been acting up all day!" I got up and let him rerun my card for him to publically tell me after it wouldn't work I could drive to a ATM and pay cash or leave!!! HOW CRAZY?? He messes up and then treats me like a bum!!
