I called about 5 times in a 25 minute period... pretty annoying, I know the lady that answered and Joe the owner were nice EVERY SINGLE CALL! When I arrived Joe took care of me. We got a decent sized PSMO and 2 tomahawk steaks. When Joe asks if you want him to season your steak, you respond immediately with a yes! His seasoning on the tomahawks were out of this world good. We cooked everything last night and the quality of the meat was great. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. I would definitely go out of my way to come back here when I return next year.

Off the top of my head, I can name three non-chain BBQ joints where you get excellent value for the money: Evie Mae's in Wolfforth up near Lubbock ( free self-serve beer with your meal there as well), Thorndale Meat Market in Thorndale, and the Old 300 in Blanco closer to home. Despite my price complaint, Klein's has the best BBQ in the vicinity. Hopefully, they'll strive to keep it so.

They are very friendly however you want it cut they will do it for you. I asked for it to be cut in chunks he happily did it for me!
