Their Roll Pizza is more commonly known as a panizza. This is a pizza with a thin and soft crust. The pizza slice is topped with arugula and alfalfa sprouts and rolled. I prefer alfalfa sprouts more since the taste doesn't over power the pizza's flavor. It also gives each bite a refreshing crispy texture. I like Pazzo Rollio's roll pizza because the crust doesn't flake or crack when you roll it. My favorite flavors are from their Pazzo Rollio Specials, Corleone's Order and Big Bang Supreme. You can also create your own pizza and have control over what toppings to put. Their Truffle Maddness pasta is pretty good too. The truffle isn't too strong but is the right amount to still be able to taste it. Their prices are reasonable.
