What an amazing treasure. This is by far the best place we have eaten in Minnesota in years. We went twice in one weekend- First group had the Burrata bruschetta, stuffed mushrooms, the Cornish game hen, wood fired Fungo, and duck breast- all excellent, But the Cornish hen was amazing. We visited here for a birthday, and while the service was mostly okay, the food was underwhelming and shockingly overpriced for the flavors and value. I had an allergy to soy, and I was assured that my entree would be soy-free, but I am unconvinced that the sauce dripped on my taco pizza didn't contain mayo (which 9/10 times contains soybean oil) - it tasted off to me. Rating: - Team was mostly great at re-filling sodas, but we had to ask for more water. - Order taking and food servicing was reasonably timed and came out at the correct temperatures. - Food was where we all agreed: none of us enjoyed our entrees, which was very disappointing since I had read these reviews and had heard from someone that the food was good. - Taco Pizza: the flavors were somehow both bland and did not work well together. The taco chips on top were odd and unnecessary. The creamy sauce drizzled on top did not add to the pizza. I was excited for the barbacoa meat on top - but it lacked any semblance of flavor (and there was hardly any of it on the pizza). I very much disliked this pizza crust, it was not satisfyingly crisp, nor was it what I expected from a true pizza oven. - Reuben Soup: we expected the soup to have some sort of meat in it (as does a Reuben sandwich); and it was also bland. - Chicken Wings: my niece very much disliked the BBQ sauce on these wings, and I tried one - and I found it rubbery and questionably perhaps a bit undercooked. - Salmon Entree: my brother liked this plank salmon entree okay. If I am paying NYC prices for my meal, I want fresh, flavorful entrees, not something bland and slathered with questionable sauces. I'm sad, because I really wanted to like this place give that there are so few options for eating in Little Falls :(. Would I return? Never. read more

First, we've been coming here for probably 2-3 dozen times over the past 2-3 years. The food/cooks is/are amazing. If I was just rating that it'd be a full 5 stars. The problem comes with this restaurant being attached to a movie theater (also amazing). As both businesses used to work together, it was a great Friday date night experience. Until lately. It's not hard to notice that there's been a large staff turnover - and possibly that's the problem ... two visits ago we waited to place our order and were then told that they were down one cook and so they had cancelled their sandwich menu. This time, we sat for a full 45 minutes waiting for our meals (sandwiches). Twice I had to remind our server that we were there to see a movie and time was getting short. The last time a woman came over (we thought she might have been a manager) and explained to us that there was really nothing they could do. Basically letting us know that this is what we can expect going forward. Don't misunderstand me. Their servers in the past have been amazing and we've always been able to get in and out for the movie in about one hour. Now we're told that we should allow 1.5 hours - that's the way it is. We then got our food and were forced to scarf it down in order to get to the movie. This new attitude is unacceptable to us and we will now most likely eat in St. Cloud before driving up to their theater to see a movie. Too bad/sad as we enjoyed supporting this dual business venture. read more

We waited 20 minutes after being seated before a server came to our table. When they finally arrived, they apologized and said they'd bring our drinks and put in our order right away. However, when our appetizer arrived, we still didn't have our drinks and had to ask for them again. The waitress offered to comp the drinks due to the delay, but when the bill came, the drinks were still on it. I paid the full bill, and as we were leaving, we ran into some friends and stopped to chat. The bartender came over and offered a $20 gift card as compensation for not comping the drinks. While that gesture was appreciated, I would have preferred a refund to my card since I don't plan on returning. The pizza itself was just okay--the edges were burnt, making most of the outside crust inedible. read more

Finally got in to see the new Little Fall restaurant Ciao Thyme. I was excited to try the wood fired pizza and it did not disappoint. The other half had the meatball sandwich and enjoyed it. The noise level seemed a bit loud and I had to ask the server to repeat everything. I think it may have been a training issue. The bill had a QR code on it to scan to pay. I am not sure what they do if you want to use cash, so be prepared with a phone ready to pay the bill.  There is a doorway into the movie theatre so that makes date night convenient. read more

This is a great place for Little Falls! I've enjoyed every meal we've had there and the service has always been spot on.

We had a fantastic meal here tonight. My "Paul Bunyan" whiskey cocktail was honestly the best I've ever had. Delicious house salads and everyone enjoyed their entrees. Servers were very attentive. We'll be back! read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE! Good host, but he didn't even have enough menus. We were a table of 2 , easily accommodatable. We were seated for quite a long time, being ignored by our high school waiter when a large group of self seaters comes in, takes up many tables and they waiter came out and took his friends. the large table. Food was great. Busy but got a table fast and our server Sulli was very attentive and treated us well. Will definitely return.

I ordered the duck and dumplings and I could not have been more disappointed. The dumplings were essentially just over cooked pasta balls. The sauce on it just tasted like a less flavorful alfredo sauce, and the duck was just about a chicken nugget worth of shredded duck mixed in a huge bowl of dumplings and mushrooms. To summarize, a bowl of overcooked pasta, a few mushrooms, the amount of duck meat you would get from a chick that just hatched, and a sauce that tastes like a milder version of store bought alfredo. However, the service was good and the food came out reasonably quick so it gets two stars read more

Excellent food, great drinks, fun bar, can take food into the theatre, ambiance was great. They have reduced the noise inside as well.

They just opened last week and have a lot of growing pains to work out. Had a Hostess and a Waitress at the door who promptly acknowledged told us that Togo orders are taken back at the Bar then went back to their conversation. The Bartender took our order while a child was screaming from the only booth with customers in the rear. The cook was out at the bar no less than 5 times, the Bartender kept walking around drinking a Coke. At least 2 other employees walked behind the bar. Yet it took over 45 minutes for our 14" Pepperoni Pizza to appear. While we were basically ignored at the bar. The Pizza was perfectly cooked, but other than the Pepperoni, was totally bland. The sauce appeared to be plain pasta sauce. It is in dire need of some spices. The crust, though perfectly cooked, had little flavor. As we left after an hour the two in front hadn't moved and were srill deep in conversation. We've been hoping for a great Woodfired Pizza place in this area and really hope they work and make it. They won't with at least 6 employees making 1 unimpressive Pizza a hour. read more

I have been there 3 times. The first time, we went at about 7pm. The service was extremely slow, though I understand they were very busy and had only been open a week and a half. The food when it did finally arrive was very good! Though some of the items a I ordered we did not get because the kitchen ran out. The second time we went, we went at 630 pm and were told that we could be seated but it would be at least an hour and a half before we could place a food order as the kitchen was backed up, so we left. The third time we went, we decided to go a little earlier to hopefully beat the rush. We arrived at 530 pm and were promptly told that we could be seated at the bar but that the kitchen was not taking food orders and the hostess did not know when they would begin again, one again we left. So there it is, I really want this place to succeed, obviously they need to work on some things. read more

Disappointed. First off, food is GREAT!! Got there at 5:15 for a bite to eat before catching a movie we wanted to see. Prompt service and had the order in by 5:25. Told our server the plan for dinner and a movie night and she thanked us for coming in.. an hour and fifteen minutes later our wood fire pizza final showed up with no explanation why it took so long. Again, really good pizza, but missed the movie and the night was wrecked.. If you plan to go here for dinner and a movie give yourself a solid 2 hours. And please let your customers know if there is a delay when you know their plan and the movies start at 6:30. read more

A very nice addition to the area . We drove down from Nisswa around 4 pm on a Sunday to try it out. Cute place. Nice menu. Our server was attentive and provided good service. We had the artichoke dip appetizer which was amazing. Loved the slightly salted pita crisps! Great idea. We had spaghetti and meatballs, and the mushroom and fennel tagliatelle. Spaghetti was good. I wanted to love the tagliatelle but did not. There were 4 nests of pasta, and it looked beautiful. The pasta was all stuck together (into nest shapes) and was improperly cooked. The dish itself, was far too overwhelming with the anise flavor. It tasted like they added a whole bunch of Pernod to it. Not sure if they deglazed with that, or what happened but I had expected a nice mild caramelized fennel flavor. The dish tasted very very sweet and I could only eat 1/4 of it. Was looking for a nice amaro after I ate-- they didn't have a single one and the bartender had no clue what amaro was! Might be a nice addition to your bar program.
