This was the first Pizza Ranch I've been to that did not have cottage cheese or hard boiled eggs as part of the salad cart. The food that was there was good however it took quite a while to get chicken legs/wings. The worst part was how cold the place was even with my full length wool coat. The lady next to me ate with her gloves on! Also the mens room was absolutely gross from the sticky floor to the strong urine smell... I will not be coming back to this location. read more

Let me just say this place has changed my life for the good. To start off their employees are top notch they know exactly what I needed and when I needed it. They always keep the pizza and other items full and ready. When you go to this pizza ranch you won't find a single pizza or item that is cold or bad. And they have the perfect ingredients to make a "shamrock shake". And let me just tell you a story about this pizza ranch location to start off I had my wedding here it was sooooooooo good but something horrible happened I lost the rings!!!! But my favorite employee samatha came to the rescue she had a spare pair of rings just waiting for use what a G. That was the best wedding I've ever had (that was wedding 5/14) in conclusion come here if you can!!!!! The food was ok but the chicken was bad, dessert pizza was doughy. Some employees did not seem interested in helping customers. The ambiance was fine. I would not recommend. There are better Pizza ranches. read more

We love Pizza Ranch and we always eat at the one in Little Falls. However, today we were disappointed. The chicken was overcooked but the rest of the food was as good as it usually is. The thing that bothered us the most was the filthy restrooms. I know the staff is very busy but those restrooms had not been cleaned today. If they were they need to be cleaned again because people leave the bathroom, go out, and handle their food. Please clean your restrooms. read more

The food is good but the hours and service were awful. They close the buffet between 0130 and 0430. We got there at 0215 so had to order off of the menu. The kid had to be asked to bring silverware, salt, pepper and our coleslaw that came with the meal. They forgot our cherry dessert pizza. Had to remind them after we are the chicken. The bathroom was horrible. Had to ask twice to get the toilet cleaned as there was a diaper in the bowl and poop on the seat. Sat by the door as the cleaning crew gleefully turned away customers , saying, "the buffet closed at 0130," with a big ole smile on their face. Saw at least 6 families turn and walk out. read more

I've been to this location on numerous occasions, and each time there have been major problems from general uncleanliness to missing items from the buffet (salad, pizza, dessert pizza, etc.). It's disappointing to go to a buffet in search of a particular item, and then be confronted with a lack of it. The chicken and pizza are tasty when fresh. I've had better experience with other locations in this chain, but not this particular one. Like most Pizza Ranches, you can order the buffet and order a "pizza your way." The buffet isn't cheap. Expect to pay $8-9 for the buffet. read more

The restaurant was okay. The best thing on the bar was the chicken, it was very juicy and had a great taste. The pizza was just okay, nothing too special. But the service was excellent and that would be one of the reasons I would return. The people were very nice. read more

Showed up at noon on a Saturday and there was 1 pizza on the buffet. No lettuce on the salad bar, and the soup was barely above room temperature. Not to mention the restroom was out of soap and paper towels. The pizza wasn't bad once they put some out. Definitely needs better management. read more

Stopped for late lunch around 1:00 although buffet closes at 1:30. Was a bit skeptical of food choices at that hour and any fresh food coming out. No worries. They were putting fresh pizza, chicken and salad bar items out right until 1:30. We were there until almost 1:45 and never pressured to leave. I'm not from around here. I'd never heard of Pizza Ranch before but the pizza buffet is not a concept I'm unfamiliar with. My mom and I wanted a quick dinner, but weren't in the mood for fast food. Pizza Ranch was clean, friendly, and had plenty of pizza out and still coming, despite the buffet ending in less than an hour. The pizza was tasty and they had a couple interesting combos. There was a seasonal one with sweet chili sauce which my mom (a sworn pizza snob) even didn't mind. They also had a fair salad bar and some other buffet options like some friend chicken that all their in house marketing swore by, but I didn't sample. Went here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. I love pizza ranch. The food is the same at each one so that wasn't the problem. They kept running out of food... The salad bar didn't have lettuce for 15 minutes and the whole pizza buffet was out of pizza for 20 minutes. Not great for a "quick" lunch. Will not be visiting this location again read more

Past two visits to this particular location has had very poor service; requested special pizza both times and they have forgotten to produce these special requests. Also, during both visits, they have failed to provide ice for the beverages with an excuse of being busy earlier. This location has very few days that is extremely busy. What can be better than a smorgasbord of pizza options at lunch? They did a nice job of selection, descent quality and taste. The service was a bit slow off the start but once they got us seated... well what else was there for them to do? They also had chicken which was classically fried or BBQ'd. If you find yourself on your way up to northern MN, thinking that pizza sounds good and you see your about to pass through Little Falls MN, it's a good option. read more

Went here last night they have a new pizza called steak and onion! Was very good!! Also like the Spinach Roma and had onion rings on the buffet that I'd never seen before. They were to die for! Excellent. But they ran out of them and replaced them with potato slices :( potato wedges were good also. read more

Actually not too bad. We ordered from the menu instead of doing the buffet, and there were several interesting and creative pizzas to choose from. They are also certified gluten free which is a requirement by 3 members of our large family group. Overall, good pizza and a good value - we will be back on our next trip up north. read more

I am a big fan on Pizza Ranch and have visited them from all over Iowa Minnesota and Wisconsin! My wife and I stopped on our way home from the cabin on a Sunday and where looking for a little variety for dinner. We arrived at 4:40 pm. To our surprise the hot buffet food didn't start till 5:00pm. We decided to go ahead and start with a salad and wait for the pizza, chicken and the fixings. This is when the dissatisfaction started. Salad bar was leftover from the lunch hour nothing had been covered up. Salad dressing was discolored lettuce was brown on the edges. Soup was left over with the heater turned off. We sat down and the dinning area haven't been cleaned at all "totally disgusting "! Unacceptable in every way!!! Well things got a bit better when the pizza/chicken came out. Hot and fresh. By this time It was going to take a lot more than good pizza and chicken to change my opinion of this location and wanting to return in the future to take the risk in them stepping it up.
