Sounds like she's inviting me for a fight. I am a grown woman with a spouse and children. I do not fight. Not once was I rude I was simply asking questions that she seemed unable to answer. If that's the way you do business it isn't right. I feel attacked and threatened by your receptionist. I wish she had the humility to understand we are in a crisis and being rude and insensitive was not helpful at all.
