I've dined at this particular Chuy's twice, and sadly, both experiences fell short of expectations. During our recent visit, we requested a larger table to accommodate the numerous plates, appetizers, and drinks. Despite the availability of larger tables and the restaurant not being particularly busy post-lunch, the hostess declined our request rather curtly. Although she did attempt to expand our table, the leaves didn't stay in place. On the culinary front, the food is decent but not outstanding. I've noticed a dip in quality across Chuy's locations post-COVID, notably the omission of the tortilla cook roles. This has led to receiving cold and unappetizing flour tortillas. I genuinely miss the warmth and freshness that came with the "tortilla ladies" touch. Hoping for an improvement in future visits. read more
