    Hatch Chile Sauce

So, I typically don't like leaving bad reviews, but people need to be warned about this place. We showed up at 8:30pm (they close at 10pm) with a group of 11 people. There was only about 15 or 20 people in the restaurant with a lot of open tables. We waited for 30 minutes for a table. Once we got seated, we waited another 10 minutes for our waiter to take our drink orders. Once we got our orders, we never seen our waiter again until we stopped him passing by to ask if we could get a refill. Halfway through the meal, the waiter brought our tickets to the table. It's by far the worse service that I have received in awhile. We were very polite to him and still tipped him. But everyone else should know what to expect when they come here. I left 2 stars because the food is still good even if the service is lacking.

I don't know what people are talking about! This Chuy's is so good! Every time we come we are seated quickly, even when it's busy. Our server Jack was friendly and perfect in his attention, stopping by regularly to check on us and get anything we needed. The food was hot and flavorful and so delicious! I love the steak burrito, and even the green chile rice and refried beans are way better than anywhere else around. I swear some places just throw the rice and beans on the plate to fill up space so that the tiny burrito doesn't look so small. Not Chuy's! Perfectly proportioned, and more than enough! And of course the chips and salsa here are my favorite too; the salsa tastes so fresh and with a solid kick of spice. I am leaving stuffed, but my mouth wants more. Can't wait to come back!

I got the Raspberry Rose Rita it was so good. I ordered the Sorry I didn't get a picture. But it was so good. Our waiter was nice and got us our drinks after we order them. Taco & Enchilada Combo A crispy taco & cheese enchilada with Tex-Mex Sauce.

Front staff was really quiet and awkward. We had no idea if we were being sat or not. Our waitress walked by several times and ignored our empty cups. Food was...terrible. Lol. No better way to say it. My husband's sprite was watered down (on each refill). Everything lacked spice and taste. We won't be coming back. Just an overall unpleasant experience and I'm not sure how it was so busy because it was so below average Pics below are the nasty window we sat by. They all looked like that. How gross

Interestingly, they were…read moreplaying Cuban jazz and salsa--pleasant, but I found myself wishing for something like Selena y Los Dinos or Emmanuel Cortes to better match the vibe. The agave spirits selection is underwhelming, though that may be influenced by visiting the day after "Gringo de Mayo." The chips are comparable to standard "restaurant-style" options you'd find at a grocery store. The quesadilla is a bit unusual--there's no integrated mix of cheese and protein. Instead, the components are kept separate, which explains why the menu describes it as "baked." I initially thought that was odd, but it makes more sense now. The ranchero beans are overly salted, with little depth beyond that. While there appear to be other seasonings, they don't come through. The rice is plain and unremarkable.

When we arrived at the hotel late, we wanted to grab a quick dinner and I had eaten at an Abuelo's in Orlando many times. Felt like that was a solid choice for us since we knew it was not a gamble. Rick was our server and he was helpful and friendly. He brought out their trio of salsas with hot tortilla chips that felt like they were made minutes before. Not sure if they are, but they did taste fantastic! I love their queso here, and they had a Diablo one that I hadn't had before but we decided to get the dip trio- queso, Diablo queso, and guacamole. What an epic decision! They came with more tortilla chips but also chicharrones which was sturdier and could hold up to the thicker Diablo queso and guacamole. I couldn't stop eating the salsa and dips. I chose to get a combination plate, with an enchilada, taco, and tamale. Rick mentioned they had a mashed potato side that was tasty- not expected for a Mexican restaurant but I decided to take the recommendation. Rick came through, honestly I could've eaten just the dips and potatoes and had been super happy about it. I overate, which was a problem but in a good way because I fell asleep immediately after we got back to the hotel. We were doing a crazy travel week where we were in 5 states, two countries for meetings, so not a lot of rest. It's part of a chain but this one was clean, friendly, with great execution on the food. Rick was clutch with more salsa and chips which in the end was my undoing but I didn't care. Visit here and make sure you try their dips, and the mashed potato side which may have been one of the best things I had all week. Dead serious! The next time I go I'm going to ask for no rice and beans and just get these crazy mashed potatoes. Thank you Rick and Abuelo's for reminding me that every now and then, going to eat at a chain spot is still a good thing.

We had nice and attentive service. I ordered the Santa Monica club, which is actually a wrap. But was delicious and was able to swap out my side of fries for the Esquites which were also good. Literally across the street from the very first Walmart (Walton's), and whether you love 'em or hate 'em, it's pretty cool history. The food, you ask? Fabulous!!! The chips were homemade and crispy, with the house salsa being fabulous, we got their HOT salsa as well, which was super flavorful, but certainly not hot. Of course we started with Margaritas (The Hollywood), which infused pineapple into the drink and I could have downed 5. Had to drive back to the hotel, so one was sufficient. Yum! I had the Curry Chicken Burrito... what???! Curry in a burrito?? Incredible!! My compadre had some sort of chicken tostada thing that was also a hit. The ambience was upscale modern, but not too flashy with plenty of room between the tables. A gigantic thanks to Rosa for turning the 4.5 stars into 5! She was friendly, funny and efficient with a smile that brightened the night! Highly recommended if you are in Bentonville, Arkansas! Cheers
