The woman answered and I told her I wanted to order for pickup. She said what? I told her again, she said no go online. I told her the issue with that and she hung up on me. I called back and she answered. I asked for the manager. She hesitated and I heard her whisper to someone else. She then said she was manager. I asked why she hung up. She said she didn't and started acting real weird. I asked her name, she whispered to someone else again. She made up some kind of name that couldn't even be repeated. Be cause she kinda was hesitant about it. I could tell she and whoever she was talking g to didn't give a dam and was avoiding giving phone to manager. Oh well. Back to KFC.

If you're from California and have been looking for that familiar Mexican food flavor, or if you just want some seriously good carne asada, do yourself a favor and check this place out. After several attempts to place my order, I pulled up to the window, only to realize the employee working the drive‑thru didn't speak English. I understand it's a Mexican restaurant, but the drive‑thru position requires clear communication with customers. Having someone there who can't communicate in English makes it extremely difficult for English‑speaking customers to order and creates a frustrating experience. If you want to serve all customers effectively, it would help to have someone bilingual--English and Spanish--working the drive‑thru. I tried multiple times to order and was never able to because we simply couldn't understand each other.

Initially I received the incorrect drink so I turned around and went back to the store to get it corrected. The second drink I received was still incorrect as it was loaded with extra ice and I specifically asked for easy ice. I was running out of time on my lunch break so I had to just leave it and come back home. This is definitely not easy ice!!! I guess in the future I will order it with no ice and add ice from my freezer at home. Update: regrettably they still don't understand the concept of easy ice. It only happens when a male, I assume is the manager takes my order. I also think he leaves the board on as if we are still talking while he's making my incorrect drink to lower his ticket times, which is annoying bc I can't pay with my card until he turns the speaker off. I just send it back now when it's wrong and if it's wrong again like it was today I go home and scoop out some more ice. I'm not paying $2.70 for a drink that's 50% ice. Anytime anyone else takes my orde it's always correct
