Probably the worst fried chicken place yet unseasoned and everything was just dry asf

every time i come here, there is always a wait for chicken, and its a chicken place. the fact that this happens often and no ones thinking to make extra chicken especially around rush hours is bad for business. they be outside talking and smoking killa sticks as to why stuff isnt getting done. im sure it starts with management with poor leadership and delegations. read more

Poor customer service. Old & Cold chicken. Long Wait. One star is a gift. North County community deserves better. Largest populated area in Saint Louis, but somehow we are the most underserved. Businesses leave the area because of situations like this. If y'all are closed, put up a sign. I came to the door to find the employees sitting down talking about nothing, only yo bark to us that they're closed. How dare anyone think a functioning restaurant with employees be operable.... I missed my hometown but not so much these days. I've only been back 14 hours and I'm at my second church's to find that they all have 0 customer service these days. read more

I went here to get a replacement order from another location because the manager called me and said that he would replace my order. I went to the store, waited 20 minutes to get to the register (no one in front of me), finally spoke with the manager. They refused to replace my order even though the manager said they would. While there I witnessed multiple parties upset for waiting too long, one refund because an elder couple never received their food. Another couple upset because they had waited 25 minutes to get some strips and boneless wings, but there order "mysteriously" disappeared. The staff was unprofessional, the manager made fun of the couple he had to return the money to, making faces at them as they were walking out the door. This is an establishment I would not visit again. read more

Waited in drive-through then ended up going inside. The drive-through speaker is broken and and I couldn't understand the person was walking away. No sense of urgency from anyone behind the counter. I bought a 8pc Dark dinner with a quart of mash potato & gravy,had a coupon for $9.99.The chicken & mash potatoes were hot,crispy & good.There were 5 people ahead of me but it only took about 12mins & I was out the door.Now it's not that fast all the time and sometime the cashier isn't too customer friendly but for the amount of food I received for $10 I'm willing to deal with the worst visits! read more

8/27/2019 - about 3:00pm. Just came from this location. Big sign on door. Looking to hire Managers, cooks, counter help. 3 cars in parking lot. No customers. No one in drive thru. I went in. 3 employees standing around talking. One is talking about how he is or was cheating on his wife or something. I stood there for several minutes while he continued to regale his fellow employees of his opinion of his wife. He walked to the counter 3 times, and turned around and walked back to the back 3 times, steadily talking to his friends. Not once did he ask if he could help me. Neither did the other two employees. Please do your company a favor and shut this place down. Popeyes down the road has closed. Now it's time for this horribly run restaurant to close. read more

The absolute worst! This location is HORRIBLE!!! They take forever to take your order...and then after waiting 10+ minutes sometimes longer you get to the pay window just to hear pull up and wait longer... smh.. no condiments given ever! If I order 5 biscuits clearly I want jelly and or honey!! Even when you ask you get home no condiments!!! Also they ALWAYS screw up your orders! I've called in and complained they said I could come back ask for the manager and get my order correct for free I did just that a few days later and the manager told me I couldn't get anything he doesn't remember and that they cant go around giving away free chicken! Are you kidding me??? I called him! When my order was messed up! He told me to come back in! So I called cooperate and they said they'd send me a free coupon and email me when they took the report needless to say they never honored it!!! So im done I tell all my friends and family not to eat from this specific churches! I ALWAYS spend $20 and up each trip and I was soooooooooooooooooooo embarrassed when the manager disrespected me like that in front of customers! I hope this helps someone!
