We were asked to pull forward while our food was being finished, which was no problem at all. When our food was brought out, I immediately started checking the order, as I do at every restaurant. Before I had even finished looking through the bag, the employee who brought it out started rolling her eyes, throwing her hands up, and telling me I needed to leave and couldn't sit there. She had literally just handed us the food. I continued checking to make sure everything was there, and she then walked behind my vehicle, looked at my license plate, and appeared visibly upset, throwing her hands up again. I understand employees are busy and trying to keep things moving, but customers should be allowed a minute to verify their order before driving away. Honestly, I'm a very unproblematic person and avoid confrontation whenever possible. Her behavior genuinely caught me off guard and made me uncomfortable. I've never had an employee react that way to me simply checking my order. It was honestly frightening. This was disappointing because every other experience I've had here has been positive.

The young lady at the window was very sweet and had great customer service which u never see at any jack n box. The cook there has no buisness being a cook. Why he isnt a GM is beyond me. He came to the window and told me he made my sausage croissants fresh. They were the best Ive ever had. He was polite, curious and respectful. This cook had better customer relation skills than any fast food manager Ive dealt with. Great to see someone going beyond and above. On top of that, it had what looked like half a slice of cheese and a single slice of ham. Definitely not what I expected. The inside of the restaurant smelled unpleasant and just felt unclean, so we decided to eat in our car instead. Before we left, a customer who had been there before us came back inside to ask for a fork for his breakfast platter. He was told they were out of forks. Hopefully he enjoyed eating breakfast with his fingers. While we were sitting in the car, we watched another customer ride up on a bicycle and try to get into the dining room. Since the doors were locked, they couldn't get in. After trying the door, they simply rode across the street to Burger King instead. Between the locked dining room, the lack of customer service, an $8 Supreme Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich with no egg, the disappointing food, and the overall condition of the restaurant, this was easily one of the worst fast-food experiences I've had.
