My father is deathly scared of the…read moredentist, so when I told him that I was experiencing pain near a root that starting to be exposed around my gums he suggested I go to his Dentist. Although they charge more, the technology is up to date, the staff is awesome, and the Dr. Glen is very kind and knows what he's doing. I called them up, easily got a quote for a first-time patient ($215) to get my x-rays done and have Dr. Glenn take a look. I told them my story and they had an appointment ready for me for that next day, but they scheduled me in their next available first appointment of the day slots which was the following Monday. They asked that I fill out their new patient form on their website, which was easy to navigate and fill out. They called me again three business days before my appointment and confirmed that everything was going to work out. Day of the appointment, I got there right at 8 AM and they only had me wait a minute while the dental assistant was summoned to the front. The waiting area is very nice and the seats were comfortable. The atmosphere is comforting and not your typical scary office with a cliche fish tank. The music was modernly hip but not rocking out type music. The dental assistant called for me and led me to the back corner (the office was shaped like a horseshoe) and had me sat down in the chair. She was very sweet and ask me questions about myself that was still relevant to later questions that they asked. She started taking my x-rays which was super cool because she individually took a shot of each section of my mouth. I'm used to the cheapo plastic film that they put in your mouth and had to develop the old fashion way! When I was all done- Dr. Glen came in and introduced himself. He got right into examining the scans in my teeth and highly suggested that I get my wisdom teeth pulled out since that is the cause of the pain. Gave me a referral to a guy that was a suite over. He examined my teeth physically and immediately noticed that I was a teeth grinder- yahoo! Offered to get a custom night guard made for me at my next appointment so that I'm not chipping way my own teeth by the time I get old. Also saw that I four stains at the back of my teeth that they can clean out and put caps over. All was well- and for over 10 years of not being to the dentist: no infections or cavities! Scheduled my cleaning appointment for next available morning appointment. I had some financial difficulty since I recently had lost my debit card and they were kind enough to let me pay over the phone when my card came in later. Very happy with my experience and I'm actually looking forward to going back!

It is our wholehearted opinion that Dr. Hebert is one of Modesto's finest for working with young children. His care is displayed with the highest of professional concern for his patients. I'm not sure if they ever requested prioritization. My husband and I have decided to no longer seek out any other treatment Not sure how long it's been since I got two veneers done and developed a hole in the back of my veneers I feel like quality of care has gone downhill since Dr. Woodill became sick. Dr Woodill did nothing to save my natural teeth and now my remaining teeth need to be extracted and replaced with implants. Once it was explained that it would be better to have it (always listen to your Doctor) everything went smoothly. In and out in about 40 minutes. Had a pleasant conversation with Dr Woodill while waiting for the Novocain to take effect. I will not go to another Dentist unless I have to. He has a beautiful, state-of-the-art, super clean office. His staff are always friendly and professional. From my first appointment they have treated me like I have been a long-time patient. Dr. Chen practices very gentle, precise dentistry. He has a method of administering the anesthetic without that disgusting swab of a local numbing agent. I never even feel a pinch or the needle! I don't know how he does it, as other dentists hurt even with their pre-numbing medicine. Dr. Chen and his assistants always make sure you are happy and comfortable. He has performed fillings, root canals and extractions for me and my family. He made a permanent crown in his office for me last week and it fit perfectly. We have been extremely happy with his practice in every aspect.

That office kept calling me back for more appts that I didn't need and other treatments. I finally made an appt again with Dr. Gerodias and I checked out all clear and good to go.
