I came kind of at a in between hour between lunch and dinner and I still got very good service even though it was very slow at the time. It's very large restaurant and can host probably 200 people. I would say everything had kind of an Asian Cajun flair. As far as the seasonings and the spices went. Otherwise, you could get traditional seafood, and they had an extremely large menu which I was kind of surprised about. Located right on Harmony it's really easy to find. Overall was a very good experience and I'd recommend it.

I think room temp would have been ok, but it was a shock to bite into something that cold. Like I said, large chunks of meat, but overall such a small roll that tasted ok. While my husband said the brat was good, again, just so sadly small and IMO grossly under portioned, especially when I think of what we could have had elsewhere for the about same amount of money. I was not looking for plates piled high with food, but at least had a decent amount, again...for the price, $22 was rather steep for what did end up on the plate.

Blue Agave chose fried avocado tacos as its offering, and WOW. They were truly amazing. Life changing. Well spiced, the right amount of filling in each taco, and the avocado itself was perfectly ripe and fried well without much residual grease. Not only that, but the side beans and rice were incredible. The portions were generous and spiced magically- I could eat just the beans and rice as a dish on its own. I was also astounded by how the grilled corn sauce was thick and saucy, but tasted EXACTLY like elote- some kind of culinary magic. This place may be slightly pricier, but the food portions are large and I cleaned my plate and left feeling stuffed. My companions couldn't finish their beans and rice, and if I didn't think I was going to explode I would have cleaned their plates, too. I'm glad I don't live in FoCo or else I would go broke eating here. I cannot recommend it enough, especially those avocado tacos. I will be dreaming of them for years.
