I work for UST Global and there are close to 20K employees spread across almost all parts of the globe. Chugh LLP is the company Attorney for our organization for past many years. Though I had experienced and witnessed so many successful US immigrations within my team - peers, subordinates and myself, the most detailed documentation (the most extensive one in my entire life) was when I did my green card. The US immigration rules during the years 2018-19 were so strict or even restrictive. However the experience of this Law firm in processing similar cases were so overwhelming, and the end result was that I received the PR/green card within 2 years and 8 months. No RFEs ever since my very first US visa and that repeated multiple times, now finally ended up in the green card (peace). I recommend Chugh LLP, based on few reasons that I felt. They handle so many hundreds of cases due to frequent travel and migration of employees. Most of their clients are corporates that are spread across the world. Then they have a habit of learning from mistakes, adapting to changes real quick, strengthening the details in documentation and tight review on the audit records. The chances of RFE/denial is reduced because of this. The close association with Human resources department and promptness in response is worth mentioning. I also know that the Legal consultation fees is also reasonable because I know of other organizations that employ Legal at double the price and is still less effective because of the lesser number of cases they do every year. I leave these notes here, in a hope this helps somebody. read more

I am extremely happy with the help I received from Balween Kaur. She worked on my GC case (Employment) and from the day one, she has been extremely professional, helpful and clear on document requirements. Balween was great from the moment that we first spoke on the phone. She was very understanding and efficient, and was also kind enough to offer assurance that everything was going to be OK. Throughout the process she kept in excellent communication with me and sent me helpful email pertaining to my case. She made the situation much less stressful for me, and had all the documents prepared thoroughly. I feel really grateful to her. I also had an experience with Chugh, LLP on my L1A extension in 2015. A seamless AOS journey with a responsive, professional team. My spouse and I worked with Chugh LLP on our marriage-based Adjustment of Status. From day one, the team was organized and proactive. Brian handled the early coordination smoothly. Jioselin gave clear, practical guidance at every step (ASC biometrics, what to bring, what to expect). Hannah was incredibly thorough--she sent our complete filing, helped assemble a neatly tabbed interview binder, and even guided us on address updates and case housekeeping. Carmen's advice on timelines and "what happens next" was steadying and accurate. What stood out: fast responses, no fluff, and concrete next steps each time--whether it was EAD/AP questions, SSN follow-up, or interview prep. The interview itself was smooth, and approval followed shortly after. Professional, kind, and effective. If you want a team that communicates clearly and gets results, we recommend Chugh LLP without hesitation. read more

Chugh LLP helped my relative with her immigration case. She came as a fiancee and then married her husband here. We went to Chugh for help with her Forms I-485 and I-864 as well as other forms and the necessary supporting documents. They were very thorough and detailed oriented. They did not leave anything to chance. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Carmen Lopez who gave us her free advice and then arranged for Chugh to help us. I would also like to thank Hannah Arrastia who went thru every detail of the process with dedication and clarity. Finally, I would like to thank Jioselin Juarez Contreras who went over the interview process with my relative and her husband. She was very reassuring. I have worked with Chugh, LLP for past 7 years for L1 renewals, Green Card processing and EAD renewals through my firm. One of the most challenging phase of the Green card process was when I received the RFE for the I-140 application. They worked with me on a plan to get over 10 years of work related documents, organized it and make a compelling case. My I-140 was approved immediately after USCIS received the RFE documents. And during the I-485 interview process Gladys went though the process and clarified my questions before the interview, which made me at ease for the interview. During the last 7 years I worked with Gladys, Benjamin, Cathy, and Sonia at Chugh, LLP. They were all prompt, courteous and thorough in their work. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and relatives for any immigration work. read more

I will always be eternally grateful for my friend having introduced me to The Chugh Firm! As a newcomer to the USA, and alone with 2 small boys but unfortunately victim to a familial relation gone very bad, Navneet Chugh, Brinda Gandhi, & Earth Shah stepped in and took over. I am so grateful to them for their impeccable legal advice - be it in the field of corporate law, criminal law and even immigration matters...I could not recommend this firm highly enough or indeed Navneet, Brinda and Earth highly enough... Being a control freak, it was extremely hard for me to sit back and listen when Navneet and Brinda told me to "Relax and we will take care of it...!" However, 4 months down a line I really do relax and let them take care of it - because I know that I am in the most capable hands possible! read more

Experts who care - a very rare trait in today's professional firms. We have dealt with The Chugh Firm (TCF) for over 10 years and have utilized their accounting, sales tax, and immigration practices. We have also received expert opinions from their offices in Chennai, India. The team is awesome - besides Navneet Chugh himself, a special shout out to Ramesh Patel & Jagrut Patel (Accounting & Tax), Sonia Sidhu (Immigration) - you guys are awesome! We also like TCF because they advise us based on our (conservative) appetite for risk. it is almost as if TCF has become an extension of our Finance and Legal teams. Hope they open an office in Downtown LA / SFV soon.... read more
