If your immigration matter needs attention to detail or timely filing, I would recommend looking…read moreelsewhere. I retained Vachhani Law PC in December 2025 for my marriage-based green card (I-485) filing and paid a retainer in full upfront. After serious failures in case handling, I terminated the representation and the firm processed a refund. I am posting this review because the refund resolves the financial issue but does not address the underlying conduct, which other prospective clients should know about. The filing was delayed by 56 days. My documents were received by the office on February 9, 2026. The application was not mailed to USCIS until April 6, 2026, 56 days later, with no proactive communication during that period. I was told in writing that the application had been filed when it had not. On February 23, the legal secretary sent an email that implied the application had already been submitted to USCIS. It had not. The firm did not correct this impression for six weeks. When I raised the delay in April, Sungina stated in writing that the application had been filed on March 12, 2026 and received by USCIS on March 16, 2026. The USPS mailing label uploaded to my USCIS case file as part of the official filing record, shows the package was actually mailed on April 6, 2026, the same day she made that statement. The application was not filed in March. It was filed on April 6, and I was told otherwise in writing. The application was rejected because of the firm's preparation error. The entire package, I-485, I-130, I-765, and I-131, was rejected by USCIS in April 2026 due to a missing date of birth on the I-130. I compared the form I submitted on January 30 with the version the firm filed. My version had the date of birth filled in. The version they filed had it blank. The information was provided. It was lost during the firm's preparation of the final packet, which was then signed and certified by the attorney. When confronted with the rejection, the firm attributed the error elsewhere. When I presented documentary evidence showing the date of birth was on my submitted version and absent from the filed version, the response was: "Both you and I looked over the application, so I'm thinking this is an immigration error." The error was not on USCIS's end. The error was in the form the firm prepared and filed. My ability to travel internationally is restricted, and the entire timeline has been set back by months, all directly traceable to the delays, the rejection, and the misrepresentations documented above. Mistakes happen in any practice. What distinguishes a trustworthy attorney is how they respond when things go wrong. The response here was misrepresentation and deflection.

Outstanding Help With N-400, N-648, and RFE Response!…read more Chugh law office was originally recommended to me by someone I trust. I later recommended them to a friend, who also had a great experience. So when it was time for me to look for immigration assistance for my disabled mother, I didn't hesitate to reach out -- and I'm so glad I did. Our case turned out to be much more complicated than expected. My mother qualified for a medical disability exemption (N-648), but her primary care physician did not complete the form properly the first time. This resulted in multiple interviews and a Request for Evidence (RFE). It was stressful and overwhelming at times, but their team stepped in and helped us correct everything strategically. They carefully reviewed our documentation, clearly explained USCIS expectations (especially regarding medical nexus and oath capacity issues), and guided us in preparing a strong RFE response. I have a very busy schedule and am much easier to reach by email, and they were consistently communicative, responsive, and thorough in their correspondence. I always felt informed and supported. Their fees were reasonable for the level of detail and guidance they provided, and they were transparent about the scope of work and expectations. They never overpromised outcomes, but they made sure our submission was as strong as possible. Thanks to their guidance, my mother successfully obtained her U.S. citizenship, and we were even able to receive her certificate the same day. I'm incredibly grateful for their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail during such an important process for our family. I highly recommend them to anyone navigating a complicated immigration matter -- especially cases involving an N-400 naturalization application, an N-648 medical disability waiver, or an RFE.

I hired this law firm for my restraining order and divorce and signed a retainer for $7,500. They…read moretold me the restraining order would be a flat $2,500. From the moment I hired them, communication was almost nonexistent-they ignored my calls, emails, and messages. On the hearing date, Attorney Mr. Ethen appeared via Zoom and simply requested a continuance for my restraining order. I felt completely unsupported. After that, I decided to change attorneys and requested a refund for the unused portion. I had to follow up for months with numerous emails and office visits, yet I received no response, invoices, or updates. Eventually, they issued what I believe is a fraudulent invoice, charging me for 03/14/2025-- four days before I even hired them on 03/18/2025. They also charged me $2,100 for the continuance, claiming it was hourly and done by a senior attorney, but my emails clearly show it was handled by an associate attorney. After I posted a review, Mrs. Balween called me and spoke rudely, even though prior to that they had ignored all my attempts to contact them. I feel that they took advantage of me, misused my hard-earned money, and engaged in questionable billing practices. I eventually received only around $450 after five months of chasing them in person and via email. I strongly do not recommend this firm. Their service is terrible, communication is nonexistent, and their billing practices are questionable. If you want to save your money and protect your case, look elsewhere. Filing a complaint with the State Bar may also be necessary.
