I usually try tacos only, but for entrees I would suggest Pacifico shrimp, Mi Gusto Es shrimp, or Molcajete. Octopus and fish fillets are also excellent choices. The only downside is that sometimes paying with credit cards can be slow due to signal loss. Desserts are not that good.

Service was also great! The food truck is very close to the VW plant, across the freeway directly behind the City Express Hotel. We enjoyed the food so much at the food truck we decided to visit the main restaurant on the "Recta a Cholula" with a large group of friends. We made reservations and our table awaited our arrival. Being Sunday "El Negro Mandingo" had a live band playing Cuban music. The seafood was fresh, fantastic and portions very ample. Chef Mauricio Pulido is a seafood genius! No wonder it was packed. Every single person of our group of 10 was extremely happy with their selection and raved about their selected dish. Great fun, great food, would highly recommend!
