Why is all the space of that empty AM parking lot so inviting? Alas, diesel drivers, there is only gasoline here, but there are plenty lanes for gas drivers. The friendly enough attendants are near if you need them, but this is mostly a self-serve spot. Don't forget your membership card, and some membership cards do have extra perks if you fuel on your Costco card. Clean lanes, lots of gas, and being not so far off 9 and 84 make this a convenient spot, if not a bust spot on the weekends or after work hours. Went to a different spot down the road and my car bottomed out trying to get it in, so I had to leave (my car is really not that low to the ground), so decided to try Mobil 1 Lube Express instead. I was glad I did! I pulled up only a few minutes before their stated closing time, but they took me in anyway (and someone behind me too). I was really appreciative of that. You don't wait in your car here like you do at other places. They have you get out, drive your car into the bay for you, and you go into the waiting room. There is a nice leather couch and several chairs, 2 tvs, and a wide selection of magazines. The waiting room is super clean and smells good! It smelled like Yankee Candle Sun and Sand. I spent only about 10 - 15 minutes in that waiting room though, they had my car done very quickly. They do an inspection of your car, top off your fluids, put air in your tires, the works. A basic oil change is $29.99 plus disposal fee and tax. Quick, easy and not too expensive...an overall win for me! I will definitely be back.

He made sure that every car he showed me and the one I test drove Was in the right condition and exactly the specs I want. The thing that I appreciate the most is that I never felt like I was being sold some thing. You don't usually get that at dealerships. They claimed their own mechanic checked it out and that it was okay but I paid Gallo auto next door to do a pre-purchase inspection (which you should always get an outside mechanic's opinion) which they said it was safe to drive and overall in okay shape. When I asked them about the rear suspension, a common and expensive problem with the car, they said the rear suspension was new and shows they have been recently replaced. After flying up one-way to CT to buy it and drive it back home 1,400 miles I noticed it drove a little off but I figured it just needed new tires and an alignment. I stopped at a hotel in NC on the way to FL and when I came out to my car in the morning, the rear of the car was sitting on the wheels (rear suspension issue I was afraid of.) Once you press unlock on the key and wait 10 minutes it levels back out but it's upsetting that this was clearly pre-existing at the dealer and that they didn't fix or disclose this. After making it home I took it to my private mechanic and he said it was a miracle I made it back safe as the ENTIRE suspension was busted amongst a few other things. The bill? over $4,600 (and that wasn't even the dealer quoting). Almost as much as I bought the car for. My mechanic said it was unethical to sell a car in this condition especially since the problems were very obvious according to my trusted mechanic. Not only is it Gallo's problem (which I wrote them a review separately) but South streets and when I called Bez nothing was done or offered to help. Attached is the statement from my mechanic for proof.
