They don't sell nerds so you can't make a nerd slushy but the store down the street sells nerds so where there's a will there's a way. They seem to always be fully stocked at least on my usuals. Lotto can hold the line up a bit b it usually they'll open another register when someone is taking their time on lotto. The appointment was for 5PM. Since I am working six days per week far from home, I had to take a day off to accommodate the service technician. Coincidentally, Affordable Fuel Co. was going to fill my home heating oil tank that day as well...as part of our contract. At approximately 5AM, I was awakened by a truck's back-up alarm in my driveway. To my surprise, Affordable Fuel's driver though it was appropriate to not only deliver that early, but also to back up on my newly paved driveway with a fully loaded fuel oil truck, as the owner stated that I was the "first stop". During the course of the delivery, the driver drove onto my lawn and damaged the lawn. Additionally, the weight of the truck cracked my driveway in several locations. Later that day, I called Affordable Fuel Co. to make a complaint about the extremely early delivery time as well as the damage done to my lawn and driveway. The owner, Ms. Denise P. Bombard, stated that she did not want to go through her insurance company and stated, "what do you want...come up with a number". Not knowing anything about driveway repaving, I consulted my brother in law who is a civil engineer for a rough estimate. When I mentioned to Ms. Bombard that I consulted my brother in law, she stated, "I don't like the sound of civil engineer. I think we are going to cancel your service appointment for tonight and you can speak with my insurance company." Such a response was a clear breach of our service contract, and I had to summon another company to handle my heating issue. I would not recommend Affordable Fuel as their customer service is non-existent.
