The restaurant was 50% at capacity at best, yet delay in greeting, delay in order taking, delay in delivery, lack of awareness of the table, delivery of the wrong food, the absence of silverware, napkins, empty water glasses, and so forth. When I then asked about using my deposit toward salads for the wedding, grooms supper or if I could use it for a future graduation party, I was rudely told NO. AND she would not reimburse my deposit, even tho she admitted that she was at fault. They handled this situation unprofessionally and in a rude manner.
