We came here for a birthday party and left very pleased and looking forward to our next visit. Located in a strip mall next to a grocery store and several restaurants and stores, this Chuck E Cheese offered an array of games including arcade, more active games, and ones that were heavy on trying to win tickets. They have a trampoline section and big screens playing kidz bop. It's a pretty open space for the kids to roam around and find games of their liking. Staff was great - super helpful, patient, and ensuring everyone had fun. The pizza was pretty good and they had a number of other food options as well. We might add this to the rotation to help get through the winter months. read more

Surprisingly, my experience here was good. I was here for with friend and their kids as a reward trip. Almost everyone knows ChuckE has good pizza esp if you been starving. Most games worked except the truck that takes pics. Employees on the floor are scarce. Good luck if your need help at a video game. The ones at the prize station looked like they hated their jobs. One chick, Filipino girl was almost asleep and just had a frown the whole time. The other guy seemed like he already checked out. The cash register employees were friendly and moved the lines fast. Chucke. As a child I was motrified of this rodent. My 4th bday party and my parents had the nerve to have it at a Chucke Cheese. When he came out to see me, I cried and screamed and naturally my parents took a pic of me. Smh. Now Chucke looks like has been placed on a vegan diet and is no fun and looks more like a church mouse. The Vegan Chucke at this location just milled around with no excitement. Many tables were vacant so finding seating was easy. Pizza delivery was quick. All attending customers were respectful and nice. Cons: There isn't much for toddlers to enjoy. Several games are out-of-order. The pizza is pricey and not that great. Service is non-existent. 75% of the ticket exchange machines are broken thus leading to long lines. This is my favorite Chick E. Cheese's by far! My son's birthday party was a great success. The location is very clean and organized. The party hostess made the experience a breeze for me. As soon as I had a request or question she was on it, and never had to be found since she kept a great watch on our table. I also couldn't believe they had employees walking around with brooms sweeping and tidying up as needed! What a breath of fresh air. The food came out as planned and the kids had just enough time to work up an appetite. Even the management of the prize counter worked great--it can be a nightmare Counting points for prizes, but was well staffed and kids didn't have to wait too long to get their prizes. This is a newer location - it opened in May 2013. It is clean and has an open, spacious layout. I don't care for the layout because it's difficult to keep an eye on kids. The location of the seating with respect to the games makes it nearly impossible to see what's happening in different areas, and there's no sectioning off to speak of. The staff were friendly, and their service was relatively quick. I did feel they could be a bit inattentive to the floor,. I saw several tables that had trash on them a while after customer left. I also noticed a LOT of groups of teenagers in here, as well as men without any kids. While this doesn't guarantee an unsafe experience, it does make me extremely uncomfortable to have my young daughter in here, given how hard it is to see the whole space. He packs of teenagers wandering around gives me the feel of an arcade, ht I don't come to Chuck E. Cheese for that - I come for a safe environment where I have peace of mind that my child is free to play. To this store's credit, the manager who spoke with me and my friend about the concerns we had was friendly. Chris was very understanding of our issues with the observations we had. Unfortunately, he told us corporate policies were uniform throughout franchises, so their customer policies could not be altered, despite feedback. I was frustrated because he agreed with our points about the teenagers and the unattended adults, but his hands are tied. I will not be back to this location. read more

Chuck E Cheese: Where a kid can be a complete sociopath. My daughter turned six, so once again I was selected to be a tribute at the 6th Annual Hunger Games. This is definitely one of the bigger locations that I've been to. They have a ton of games, which you'll come to realize isn't necessarily a good thing when your child becomes super picky once those tokens start running out. We must've stood and weighed the merits of 50 games before I finally told her I would give the last token away if she didn't make a decision. They offer a pizza buffet for $6. I wouldn't waste my time with it. I saw four "half" pizzas sitting out there when I walked in and the exact same four still sitting there when we left an hour later. There's a Little Caesar's next door. We grabbed one of those $5 pizzas on the way home. The only downside is the manpower. We waited at the prize stand for about 5 minutes before someone showed up, looked at us, and walked into the kitchen never to return. My daughter said she was tired of waiting, so she traded her 25 tickets to me for a stick of gum. Maybe I'll go back and get myself a whistle. read more

IMPORTANT! THERE IS NO BALL PIT AND NO TUNNELS. What kind of world are we living in?! That's half the fun of this place. Not that I was planning on getting in there, but honestly, that's a Chuck E Cheese staple. I don't think even if I was a kid I would have had fun here. On the one positive note, it is very clean and kept up, but that's about it. Half of the games were broken, and the half that weren't broken we're the kind where you put in a token and get to press one button to test your luck and then you're done. One of the games asked me to call an attendant, which I did several times, but he never came and then got an attitude when I asked for my tickets. Also, they pump propaganda in the air about wanting a pizza so I broke down and ordered one - lets just say it's hardly busy in here, and we've been waiting for 30 minutes. And that's not based on an exaggerated timing because I'm hungry, I'm looking at my purchase receipt and my watch, and debating asking for a refund and leaving. Now to find some parents in the parking lot to buy the rest of these tokens... Update: got the pizza after 35 minutes, despite wanting a pepperoni pizza with peppers on half as clearly ordered and corrected to the cashier, it's not right. read more

I booked a small party for my daughter's 9th birthday. Monica, our attendant was pretty good but not excellent. After two attempts to get the correct amount of tokens for each child that came with the party purchase, we still came up a bit short but I didn't bother to ask for more. Also, she put my daughter in the ticket blaster with no goggles. She could barely see and felt she didn't get the best experience. She didn't reveal until AFTER the experience was over that they had goggles. That should be MANDATORY. That could also be dangerous as tickets or debris could fly in a child's eye. She did not extend an offer for my daughter to go again. I spoke to one of the managers and he admitted that she handled that completely wrong and definitely should've put goggles on my daughter. He then allowed her to go again, which was much better! This place is severely understaffed! The workers appeared to be lazy and not enthused about doing their jobs. Later I realized the workers were probably tired and unmotivated from having multiple responsibilities with not enough help. The person who was Chuck E. had to be the most UN-ENTHUSED person in the world. I should've recorded how nonchalantly Chuck E. came out and barely acknowledged the kids. There was no excitement at all. He simply walked around the place very slowly. My daughter told Chuck E. it was her birthday and got a lame thumbs up and a small high five then he walked away. No dancing, no excitement, nothing. It was so bad, that I complained yet to another manager and said that was the worst person to fill that role EVER and to never let he/she do that again. The guests with me agreed and were surprised that person was even given that responsibility. The food was just OK. I remember in the past, the pizza and wings tasted better. Maybe the recipe has changed but not for the better. Also, a lot of the machines didn't work and took the kids' tokens but nothing happened. Overall, I thought this place would be great because they are fairly new but left thoroughly disappointed and probably won't return. I was told of a similar experience from a friend of mine. My suggestions, hire people that really want to be there, train properly on how to perform the jobs, hire enough people so the ones that are there aren't burnt out and have some enthusiasm!! They were understaffed. Even though it wasn't very busy, every step (coming in the door, ordering at the counter, etc) required a long wait because of insufficient staff. Multiple staff members had masks below their nose, absolutely no enforcement of masks for patrons. They did not clean or wipe down a single table the entire time we were there. We had our 6-year-old son's birthday party here, and the staff was pretty attentive and the 15 kids we invited had a great time. On 2/3/2018 I went to this Chuck E Cheese for the first time to bring my son along with two other people. First off, this location is very big but the area where the toddlers play looked unclean and the games weren't working but taking points off the card and not giving tickets. No staff could be found. The ice cream machine did not work along with the women's restroom....ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. THERE WERE FECES ON THE TOILET AND STALL AND THROW UP ALL OVER THE FLOOR. THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT. Limited staff at the prize counter so the line was very long. Needless to say, I will not be returning ever again. read more

It's been about 45 minutes since I ordered my medium pepperoni pizza. The good news is that it took 30 of those minutes to pick the least dirty table which I had to clean myself. I'm not entirely sure anyone actually works here. There is trash everywhere, the cashiers were overwhelmed with throngs of parents cutting lines (there is no official queue). The drink station had two "slippery when wet signs" laying flat over a giant spill. The same spill was there 20 minutes after I saw it first. Still no pizza as I sit here and wonder if I'm part of some sick reality show to at what point I'll break down and run away from here. The worst part is that I'm pretty sure the pizza, when it eventually gets here, is going to not be good at all. And then after we eat, I'll have to go redeem these tickets for some worthless toys I'm destined to step on. If I hated someone and I mean REALLY hated someone...Like they came over to my house and blatantly kicked my dog and started a small fire... I still wouldn't want that person to ever have to experience this Chuck E Cheese. This place may be the end of me. read more

When Zoey and I began our day, our plan was to go to a play museum but destiny brought us here instead. We had such a great time! The games are functional, vast and updated. Zoey maintains her points on a play card that she keeps on her wrist and can check her balance on a cute little machine. I was able to get some work done while she just ran around and played. I love coming in on weekdays because it's not busy and I can keep a really close eye on her despite the building being so large. I love that Chuckie still comes out and greets the children. They do this really cool march around the restaurant and all the kids fall in line it's soooo cute! I really loved this location in particular because it is clean, our pizza was hot, the salad was fresh, and our dip and dot ice cream was delicious! We played this really fun game where we had to blast zombies with a water shooter and I did not want to stop, it was so fun but Zoey said, "Let's play something else." Bummed! read more

My wife and I went to this Chuck E. Cheese and had the least amount of fun you could have at a supposed fun zone. 1) The cashier could not remove items from the Supreme pizza, and therefore we were forced to pay $6 extra to get a Supreme minus a topping here or there. 2) The cashier and the manager that came to assist refused to honor a coupon that clearly said "$2 off salad bar per person." The coupon rang up as $1 off and they wouldn't just take off another dollar. They provided no explanation and just proceeded with the transaction. 3) The first 4 games we played were completely non-functional. The balloon-inflating game did not work at all. The baseball pitching game did not have balls. The skeeball ate tokenss. The missile-shooting video game became clear that the only way to win was to pump dozens of coins in at once -- and once I did so realized I was at a station with no tickets. Operation cheated us out of the "bonus" win. Look -- I don't really care about the prizes -- but when the sole purpose of a game is to get tickets, and there is no supremely "fun" aspect to the game, THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR NON-FUNCTIONAL GAMES. 4) It was busy, wide-open, flourescent and butt ugly. The Show-Biz/Chuck E. Cheese's of my childhood were more dimly lit and less hectic, with more places to explore. This felt like they had recently moved into an old Bed Bath & Beyond space. 5) The pizza was god awful. What a mess. Save your money and time, and make your own fun at home. This was the worst Chuck E Cheese experience that I have ever had. Chuck E Cheese only came out to see the kids for birthday parties about 10 minutes total in the 3 hours we were there. He was not interested in the kids. The party host took a little break during the party. The adults were served first??? The kids were left to wait. The worst part was that a fight broke out...twice. Police came as we were leaving. When we left, they didn't check our hands until we asked them too...And then she just pretended to. The games were great and the pizza tasted wonderful. This location is large and clean. I went on a Monday afternoon and it wasnt crowded at all. My daughter was able to play all the games she wanted without having to wait. I only saw one game that was out of order. They also had a good amount of toddler/preschool aged games. My daughter had the individual sized pepperoni pizza and kids drink. The price was ok so no complaints here. I tasted a piece of the pizza and it was delicious. They say it's made to order and you can taste how fresh it is. Next time I'll try the buffalo wings and the salad bar. Long story short, I'll be back with my daughter. Im not sure if I want to try it on a weekend but I'll be back. read more

My family and I took our children (Ages 2,3 and 4). I was super surprised that they put one here and was not expecting it to be great! Drove up to the door in awe like I was a little child ready to play. It was huge, filled with children, neat and clean. The staff was nice and eager to be a work... Finally! Did I mention that it was huge and clean? My 2 year old ran around that place to the point where I had to call his father to help (when it was my turn). I could not keep up with my baby! I love that they have a whole area full of fun never seen before play area for toddlers. My son enjoyed it but wanted to play in the big area and run around. We had my daughter'a birthday party on a weekday afternoon, and we had a fantastic experience! The party was well-organized, and we got a terrific deal (~$13 per kid for pizza, drinks, plenty of tokens) plus a few extras for the birthday girl. Everything was clean and in working order, and the few times someone had an issue (losing tokens or the ticket machine not counting correctly), management fixed it right away and provided extra tokens and tickets. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the pizza was shockingly delicious. I had very low expectations, but it was great! We were here as guests for another bday and my youngest really wanted her 4th bday here (we don't usually go out for bdays). After a last minute reservation on Columbus Day, my 4 yo had the best time! Ms. Erika, the manager, was super attentive, considerate, helpful, and patient. All the adults loved the pizza and cake (they must've changed the recipes from the 80s and 90s). Ms. Erika made the party a blast for all the kids. Absolutely terrible experience. There are only 2 machines for purchasing/loading play cards, and one was broken. So the line just to be able to play took 25 minutes. So we get the cards and go play, only to discover that a solid 1/3 of the games are either out of tickets or completely broken. Some of the games that were working were SO dumb. Literally pay to push a button 1 time, and a ticket pops out. How is that fun. We accumulate a few tickets, which of course my kids want to redeem, but the line to do so was way too long, because there is one person working that counter. The tables were not being bussed, there are not nearly enough trash cans, and the bathrooms were dirty. One stall was clogged and not working, another had a pile of wet toilet paper on the floor, and the others were just visible wet and dirty. As was the floor throughout the building. The only people I saw working there were at the counters, so the play area and bathrooms were completely unattended. They ran out of bottled water, and we were told a pizza would take 90 minutes. All in all, a complete sh*t show, and you could not pay me enough to return. read more

It's nice on the outside but broken down on the inside. Machines are broken. Tickets don't come out. Ink doesn't work in the machines that are supposed to print pictures. There was one nice associate. The rest of them were rude including the manager and Chuckie when he came out. When I told the manager about the machine(for the seventh time), she said the lady should be over there somewhere and pointed. It's a big Chuckie Cheese may I add. When Chuckie came out for the party, he stood next to the birthday girl for a few pictures and that was it. There's supposed to be a little show every hour where Chuckie is supposed to come out. The only time he came out was the 5 mins for the party. This is by far one of the worst Chuck E. Cheese's I've ever been to. I took my kids here on a Thursday afternoon where it was fairly empty. For starters the cashier attempted to refuse my valid coupon. After going back in forth it was honored. I purchased pizza which by the way took almost an hour to come out and wasn't hot. Half of the games weren't working even after tapping the game cards, i was only credited for one game. Also i hate the system of using the game cards, it's a rip off! You get minimal playing time and it's very expensive now, the tokens were better. The customer service is also non existent and the staff show favoritism to the Hispanic customers, they'll speak Spanish amongst themselves when i had questions which i found to be extremely rude. When it was time to cash in our prize tickets the cashier ignored my family and serviced one or two Hispanic families that were behind me in line until i spoke up, i asked for the manager who couldn't or wouldn't speak fluent English. I was so fed up i trashed the prize tickets and left. Never again will I visit this location. read more

I've also never seen staff take the time to make toy recommendations on the way out. Walter was very sweet in this way.
