    Hand foot mouth disease

I think it's a great place for kids and parents however the sanitation here is not good. My daughter has hand foot mouth disease because of how poorly sanitized the equipment is. We went there Monday, rash started shortly after and by today it has spread. We're taking precautions however there's no cure for hand foot mouth disease. Do better or hire professionals to clean the place PROPERLY

I have been visiting this location for years and had stopped some years ago after a really bad experience. I recently expanded my family and my little one had never been. I decided to try it out again for the first time in 3 or so years. First I want to say that this Chuck E Cheese is in a good location. Plenty of parking and the area feels relatively safe. We were greeted and stamped upon arrival. The employees were kind and attentive. The entire building was much cleaner than it had been in the past and the food was good. I had the salad bar and we also ordered pizza and a drink. The food came out quickly, hot and fresh and we had a good time. I will say that the experience has definitely gotten pricey. For my family of 4- 1 adult and 3 kids (1 toddler who did not play games) we paid a little over $140.00. That included x large pizza, 4 drinks, churros, salad bar and 1 hour of unlimited play for 2 kids. Will definitely visit again in the future considering how many children and the budget.

We just had a bday party here and we had amazing service. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. The overall service was great! I highly recommend this location. We will be back!

This is perfect for the kids of all ages to enjoy. My grandkids range from 1 to 14 and they stayed playing games and riding the kiddie rides the entire time. It's spacious and the party seating area is away from the rides and g

I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. The slides and play structures were really cool and my little one had such a fun time running around and exploring. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. As a parent, I noticed the staff did a good job keeping things organized and the overall environment felt pretty clean. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Overall, it was a fun experience and my baby left tired and happy which is always a win. Would definitely come back. Just wish there was a location closer to Morgan Hill!

But honestly, it wasn't even necessary, it's cozy and safe, so you can see almost all the way around. Best money I've spent for the kiddos in a while, oldest (5, the middle (4) and the youngest (1 1/2) were all entertained and nobody wanted to leave - they could have stayed all day! A sharp part of a bracket holding the fence was exposed, scratching his arm when he fell. The sharp edge wasn't very noticeable so it took us a moment to realize where the scratch came from. I notified one of the employees right away to prevent another child from being injured. They were very responsive, immediately moved the diner set to cover the exposed bracket and then returned with an emergency kit to help us clean & cover his injury. Shortly after, a gentleman came over with some pliers and a hammer to properly attach the bracket and attaching the sharp edge into the fence. We're now just hoping the cut heals quickly and that it doesn't result in an infection. The kids still had fun despite the incident.

Here's why: The play structures, bathrooms, water play area, picnics and shade are all right next to eachother. As a mom with young kids, I felt comfortable sitting down and watching them run back and forth from water play to the pirate ship, back to the picnic table to grab a snack, ect. The other park in town with a large splash pad area is large enough that I felt the need to follow my kiddos around. The picnic areas here are way nicer because they have good established shade. And, for potty training parents - the bathrooms are literally right there. Across the large flat field (perfect if you want to play soccer) there was adult exercise equipment, basketball courts, and tennis courts. They even had a handicap swing and one of those cool ones for both baby and an older rider, that face eachother. 10/10 reccomend this park! As we got into early afternoon, the park got super busy and there were lots of rough older kids. We decided that the crowd was getting a little too rough for our littles so we decided it was time to go. I would say that if you have toddlers, morning hours are best before it gets super crowded.

It's near an elementary school but not as close with a whole grass field between. The pathway that's between the school and park is wide and shady, filled with places to sit, workout and eat. There is a restroom at the park and on the Slate Street side closer to the school. The water splash pads runs continuously during the day in the summer because the water is recycled and filtered. They have city workers that check up the area regularly. I see them in the mornings when I go for a walk sometimes. They added a new pergola type area next to the tennis courts. More tables to enjoy and a bbq pit I believe The parking is pretty much street parking but it seems that a lot of the visitors are from the area so they most likely walk to it. Ice cream trucks, well vans come by and sometimes the school would invite Kona Ice usually on Wednesdays sometimes. Kona would usually be on the Slate Street side FYI

More favorite places included the pretend grocery store and the water course area where we could use panels to change the flow of water to see how the currents are affected when we raced little boats. They have only one counter person who is willing to spend 10 or 15 minutes on a customer trying to convince them to buy a membership. That means everyone else has to wait in line while this happens. Very poor service. Since I was the adult waiting for a couple of children for 90 minutes I looked to see if they had a guest Wi-Fi and they did. I asked them for the password and they said that's a leftover from the old owner. They never thought of just unplugging the router so that it doesn't broadcast that ssid. Additionally on 100° plus day the temperature inside was about 78°. Everybody is sweating including myself just sitting there. Filling out the release I find that they have no restrictions on what they do with your personally identifiable information. You cannot opt out of them selling it. I just entered false information. The kids did have fun which is the reason they don't get a one-star review. There is an old saying that Stockton is where restaurants come to die, I would say this may be true of sky zone too.
