I personally do not like coming here, but I love my kiddos and they love it, everytime. All food is poor quality, pizza is ok. The place is run down and dirty. The games are only one token each, rare these days so that's a plus. But the prize area didn't offer many good lower ticket items. That being said I'm sure I'll be back for my kids. First off, I strongly DO NOT recommend anyone coming here. Half of the games are broken and don't give you tickets and also theres trash everywhere. Another thing is that they charge too much for not a lot of time. They have false advertisements online as well. Supposedly if you bring in your child with their Halloween costume on they will get a goody bag but that never happened. Food does no taste fresh either. This is our 3rd year having birthday parties here, All were great, this years was super awesome! Our Hostess Jessica went way above and beyond! She could not have been more helpful! They even have candles for the cake, takes a huge amount of stress off us, the parents. Kids had a great time! pizza was really good! came out at the perfect time. I totally recommend having it as early as possible, we had this party at 10am, perfect! quiet, kids aren't crabby, yet :) Side note: tip your host/hostess, there working hard and it's no different than a waitress...I watched a group of 25 kids and 20 adults leave absolutely NOTHING, poor kids are in collage, kissing your butts so you don't have to clean your house for your kids party. I have to agree with jUSTN M. It is all about the kids. My kid left without a meltdown and her dad was happy they actually HAD beer. It's the closest thing to a Dave and Buster's around here. Oh, and Dad was CARDED so he'd give the place five stars if he could. For a Friday night, it was mellow. I expected a crazy crowd. But, it wasn't bad at all. The unfortunate thing was the table behind us wasn't cleaned for about an hour. The ranch or whatever mayo-based dip that went with their veggie dip was starting to sour. Some of the games/rides needed fixing, but the three-year-old didn't care; she wasn't paying. I guess I like the "cardboard" pizza. My husband, kid and I nearly ate the whole pepperoni pizza. I'm glad they had a salad bar, but we skipped it. It's a good option to have. It's a place for a "treat" and not an every week kind of place because of the prices. I still don't like trading in a bunch of tickets for four stickers or an Oriental Trading Company toy or straw. But, hey, it's the price a momma has to pay once in a GREAT while. read more

My daughters 7th birthday was held here today. My "dedicated" party host was too busy with child check-in and the game counter. I was constantly seeking him out to try to order additional food and go over my party details. Next, party host said that the kids can pause their bracelets while the kids ate cake. So I was curious and asked this scary looking manager (with wierd drawn on eye brows) and said that kids in parties cannot pause their game time. When I questioned what the package said (2 hours of game time), she simply replied with "read the fine print" and walked away. While kids were playing, I was running around trying to find extra plates for my guests and clearing trash from the tables so my guests could have a seat, all the while party host was busy manning the prize counter. After the party and dropping about $530, it was finally time to trade in their tickets and leave. The prize counter had nothing that the kids wanted. I mean they saw things they wanted, but they wouldn't open the counter for fear of hurting someone... so why show show the prizes? This was absolutely one of the most chaotic, expensive and worst experiences ever. We wont be going back. Also, where the hell is my 20 free play points that were promised for booking online? The "all you can eat lunch buffet" was wimpy. Cheese or pepperoni pizza, bowl of salad, and no dessert (though it was advertised). After being there for an hour, the dessert showed up. Pizza was ok, beer was good, kids had fun. This is the 6th time I have been to this chucky cheese location and the bathrooms have been filthy. Let's say I'm the owner of this chucky cheese, I would assume running a business where kids 3-8 have their B-Day parties there would be puddles and filthy toilets and I would make a mandatory bathroom cleaning schedule. I was reminded tonight why I stay away from this place. Went in at 5:30 and ordered a salad bar and ONE individual size pizza. Get a salad, son plays games awhile. Still no pizza. Get another salad. It has been 13 years since my last visit and it might be another 26 before I go here again. When we got there we were told they would be closing in 45 minutes. We had to wait for the slow person in front of us to place his order. We get up there and they said they close in 35 minutes. I asked would we be allowed to eat our dinner. The check said yes. We ordered 2 xl pizzas and 6 drinks. We then went and played games while we waited for our order. They explained that the games would shut off at a certain time, we were fine with that. When the games closed my grandson went to cash in his tickets with his mom, all of us went to the table the pizza was just getting there. We sat down and started to eat, my daughter went to get her soda and one for my grandson, soda machine was shut down. When we asked about it they said that was the policy, would of been nice if they told us that when we ordered. I ordered food and bought points for my daughter and nephew, and I did the survey, that allows you to receive 20 free points on your next purchase. I walked up to the desk trying to see if they could apply the 20 points to today's visit. They weren't able to do that unless there was another food purchase, okay, that's fine, I tried to order another food item off the menu. We got inside to see the place so so nasty. Food all over the floor, under and on top of the tables. Only reason I give it 2 stars? because my daughter and her cousins still have fun. I enjoy the games too but overall, this place has gone to heck. Most of the people that work here look like teenagers. I came here a couple weeks ago and our pizza took about an hour or more to get to our table. I checked in at 45 minutes and they gave me the same lie that they give everyone, "oh its just coming out of the oven, it'll be right out". Pizza still didn't show up until 15 minutes later. It's kind of sad to see the workers that should've been greeting you, playing on their phone and ignoring the customers. Prices are ridiculous, compared to the quality. There was one kid who looked like he was going to break down, as he was doing multiple jobs at once, with no support from anyone. I love that I can bring the kids here and let them run free. However the last time we went they forgot to put our order in so our meal took about 1 1/2 hours. They did give us free tokens for the trouble but it was still a huge inconvenience. Then after they delivered the food they forgot about the cake I had ordered. We had our grand daughters birthday there. we had a party host, she was very nice, but we had to track her down for everything. I had read some of the reviews of others and I almost decided not to go but a family friend mentioned that she had been there a week or so prior so we decided to give it a try. I'm glad we did. The woman at the register was friendly with a nice smile and patiently waited for us to decide on our pizza choices. All the other employees that we interacted with were helpful and all gave great customer service. The place was clean and we did not find anything wrong with any of the games; all appeared to be in good working order and the kids had a great time. The kids also enjoyed seeing Chuck E. Cheese come out and dance and after he finished he posed for pictures. I don't understand the negative comments, perhaps those older comments were how it was before? Horrible customer service!!!!!! Management is rude and argumentative and lacks any management skills. Machines are broke and lunch buffet is not maintained or cleaned. Employees are hired to work in a "kids friendly environment" and obviously lie their way through their interviews. Employees show no respect for children or their parents. The staff here is unbelievably rude. I was told at 2:00 that the salad bar would be ready in 10 minutes. My family ate and at 2:30, still no salad bar.
