I am accustomed to expecting employees of a place like Chuck E. Cheese to be made up of uninterested teenagers looking more at their phones than their work, but was pleasantly surprised! Every single employee was welcoming, enthusiastic, and hard working. The whole place was clean with just one or two machines out of order. No more are the creepy life size figures from the 1980s. My kiddos had a blast for a birthday party, even the bathrooms were clean. Be warned though, they stamp kids and parents with matching numbers, so have them stamp kids "high" on their arms etc, otherwise it will come off with one handwashing, and you'll be subjected to prove they're your kid before you can leave. Never again. I have told my extended family to absolutely never go there again. Very expensive for nothing. Chuck E. was an obvious transsexual and rude (demanded to be called "it"). The pizza was horrible - chewy crust, minimal sauce and cheese - I could not eat it, but it was $10 for an 8" pie. Kids had to rent socks for $12.90 to use the trampoline!! Half of the amusements were not working. Wrist band for each child to play was over $30. I know they have to make money but they give nothing of value for the expense.. .RIDICULOUS! Attended a kids birthday party. The party hosts do not wear gloves but serve drinks and food. Do. Ot use tongs to serve the pizza. They enter act with guests. I do not see a sink on the floor where they can wash their hands. For this reason I do not recommend this place! A breeding ground for bacteria and sickness to spread! Took over 30 minutes and a reminder to get out cheese pizz. they forgot to put the order in with the kitchen. Staff did not even apologize for the mix up. Bad customer service and no it's not okay to ignore customers not getting their food they paid for. the salad bar was too expensive for very little. the tomatoes were rotten. read more

When I got there for some reason, their system did not have my order, but that did not stop them. They gave me a free drink and told me that it would be out shortly. I requested a large cheese pizza cooked well done so I knew my order was going to take a while, but they assured me that they would have it out ASAP and they did. We love this location! It's clean, most if not all machines are in working order, and the staff are wonderfully kind and helpful. During our visit today, my son had a nosebleed. One of the cashiers and the manager helped us right away with ice and observation. It was my little sisters 11th birthday. We paid $122 for a birthday cake, goodie bags, cotton candy, two pizzas, and wrist bands for the game cards (and 200 points to play games). We didn't get any of the stuff besides the pizza and the cake. We got the manager to give us the remaining items we paid for. Well by then we had already been walking around with our game cards without the wrist band. My sister and her friend were constantly forgetting their cards so the wrist band would have been helpful. The manager checked off the missing items from our receipt and brought them. These are the goody bags and cotton candy we got right before we left. The worst part is that the employee was ignoring 11 year old sister and her friend when they were picking the toys. Do not come here. Place is extremely dirty and employees are very unprofessional. Majority of the games are broken, floors are disgusting, there's a urine smell around the booths, and the Chuckie Cheese "stage" randomly does its own thing which my kid labeled as scary. Horrible! read more

This place was clean and not ghetto at all. I've been to some ghetto chuck e cheeses, like the kind where you walk in for a birthday party and stay for 10 minutes to be polite and fling your present to the mom as you flee to the safety of your car kind of ghetto. It wasn't too busy, it came in waves like it usually does on a weekday, stayed for about 3 hours with my little guy and had a blast. One of the people working there even gave us a bunch of free tickets so we got a pretty nifty snake prize for 200 tickets. Since it's the ONLY one here on the emerald coast and that's it, it's not like I truly have an alternative to compare it to. Definitely will return. read more

I have never been to a Chuck E Cheese, this was my first time ever going a few days ago. Took my 4 year old. The location isn't the best. Located near like the red roof inn hotel and near the parking lot of jcp and texas roadhouse. Definitely a shady area at night time. Other than the location the place was really nice. Outdated looking seats but well kept and clean. I was surprised by how clean it was given how many kids were there. A large variety of games to play. Prices seemed a little high but expected that. The pizza was actually pretty good. They had a salad/fruit bar. Self served drinks. They even sold alcohol - i guess parents needed to unwind while there. Lol. I dont think its appropriate to sell alcohol given that so many kids are present but that is jusy my opinion. They stamp everyone with this invisible stamp that they black light before you leave to ensure no child kidnapping occurs - i love that safety feature. The kids were polite for the most part. No excessive yelling, screaming or fighting occurred. Everyone shared really well. The games required your card which was loaded with tokens - which prevented the loss of coins. There were machines to reload for my tokens. There was a stage where I guess they had performances. A good place for birthday parties. Overall I enjoyed the fact that my daughter enjoyed herself. read more

This is the smallest, worst and broken down Chuck E. Cheese's I have ever been to. Overcrowded, overpriced and 3/4 of the machines are broken (without signs letting customers know) or without tickets. My 8 year old daughter is miserable and that should tell everyone something. My family and I were traveling through to get me moved. This was the closest thing to our hotel that was open at 10pm. We arrived here at 9:30, and the main reason we came here aside of being exhausted from a long drive and being hungry late is that they offer gluten free pizza. My Dad, my boyfriend and I placed a to-go order...and wouldn't you know that it took 50 minutes for them to get our order out to us? I know it was the end of the night and there was maybe one person in the kitchen, but seriously? We got there at 9:30 and sat and waited, and waited...my Dad finally brought it up that we had been waiting for half an hour and nothing yet...the told us they'd check on it and stated they had JUST started on my gluten free pizza. Our order finally came out to us at 10:20pm. Again, we knew it was last minute and we aren't those type of customers that just walk in at the last second somewhere because we can....we had been traveling for 9 hours that day and 21 hours the day before, we drove as far as we could before we decided we needed sleep and food badly. What irritates me more is my Dad complained to an employee that worked there after we got our food and the employee just threw their hands up and shrugged as if to say "Not my problem". Thank goodness I'm not a fan of this chain, it was my first time back since the 90's and I don't think I'll ever bring my kids there. If I could give zero stars, I would! We have not been there in years, we had heard they were updated and things were so much better... LIES! It was $113 for 2 pizzas (one topping), 4 drinks, and 3 little girls to play for 1 hour. While your playing, you have kids running up snatching the game from you or jumping in taking your turn and tickets. It took over an hour for our 2 pizzas to be ready, the staff is still the same staff with their nasty attitudes and disrespectful demeanor. We took our girls here for their birthdays one month apart twice. We just moved here from overseas and my youngest who is 4 had never been here the 6 year old has. They had fun and it looks like they are trying to jazz the brand up a little was upset however we left to go use the restroom and some put the remainder of our food in the trash. It's probably best to wait to see if the patron is finished with their food. Overall good experience pricey but I don't mind paying as long as I get my money's worth. Recommend hiring people who seem to enjoy the job as that takes away from the experience if they have attitudes. read more

This Chuck E Cheese (CEC) is going downhill fast. Use to have friendly helpful staff, great deals, okay bathrooms that were semi clean but in need of updating, good pizza, well stocked salad bar and fun games. Unfortunately, this one is no longer as good as it use to be on every count other than their pizza. The staff appears more distant and no longer smile; appearing preoccupied, apathetic automatons going about doing the minimum work required. The bathrooms still have not been updated and the have yet to be cleaned in the 2 plus hours we have been here...the stalls are disgusting. The floor is not much better in the restaurant area either with pizza and trash laying about and no staff cleaning during the same 2 plus hours. The salad bar has not been restocked or been partially restocked and empty (see pictures). Makes the unlimited salad bar useless. The games have gone from fun children's games to games that are designed to hook kids early into gambling. At least most of the games were working even if the flat basketballs make it hard for the kids to win. On the plus side, the pizza is still good to eat. read more

First time back to this location in a couple of years. We used to love to come here for the games and pizza about once a month. This time was very disappointing. New system requires putting money on cards to swipe on machines. No one could explain which was the best way to choose in buying...use minutes or points. We used minutes. Then we found by eating our pizza during the time frame, we seemed to lose time. Lots of points on machines when used but they seemed to be good for nothing and were not there at the end of our 30 min. Couldn't find any reason to have them at all. Almost no tickets obtained. Spent $80 for two kids. Tickets got them 2 small Tootsie rolls each. Very confusing. Some games gave tickets and some didn't.. No idea how much each swipe of the card cost per game. The old buy coins and get tickets system was far better and easier for patrons to use. Pizza used to be good. Now..ho hum. Salad bar looked old. Sunday afternoon. Few people there. No wonder!
