I wish I could leave no stars. Absolutely disappointing experience at Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party. We paid for a party package with a hostess, and only saw her once--when she walked us to the table. After that, we were left on our own. The food was late (we only had a 2-hour party), and the additional food we ordered never came out until we tracked it down ourselves. It took 52 minutes for a sampler platter to arrive--cold. On top of that, they charge $8 per child for the trampoline area, but they don't disclose that when you book. That leaves parents stuck either telling excited kids "no" or forking out extra money. The games are a gimmick. Machines eat tokens, the claw machines don't even reach the prizes, and several games simply don't work. Multiple families near us who also booked parties had the same complaints. Instead of celebrating, we spent the whole time running back and forth to the counter trying to get food, fix game issues, and manage frustrated kids. It was exhausting and heartbreaking to see their excitement ruined by poor service, hidden fees, and broken attractions. For the price they charge, this was nothing short of a nightmare. Nice to get away from the heat. On this day dad was having a Yes day. Was greeted by the kind staff and he poured me a much needed beer to quench the thirst.. The place was clean and the machines were in working order. I can't complain on this visit. Thank you to the kind staff when it was time for prize redemption of the tickets... This Chuck E Cheese is small but never over crowded even with the birthday parties. I love that you essentially just pay to play for however long. I took my nieces here & they played for an hour which was about 28 bucks (I think). You can also pause your play which we did so the girls could eat and relax for a bit. We got the cheese pizza (personal size) and it was 9 bucks. I think that's kinda expensive for a small pizza but whatever lol. The games are fun & we never have to wait long for a particular game. They have a variety and it was fun for them. They love picking out prizes at the end and I feel like they change it up frequently. read more

This is an older location as compared to quail springs but still very clean! Lots of games are different than quail also. The guys working the counter we both very friendly and welcoming! It seemed to me there were more sitcom games here such as paw patrol, etc. Pizza and everything else was still just as fresh and delicious! read more

Never again will I do a kids birthday party here. 1 hour waiting on pizza. Finally go ask. They were sitting there. Buzzer never went off. So had cold pizza. Ordered meatballs. Didn't get them. So they reordered them. Still never got them. Then took 20 minutes to get a refund for them. Definitely not worth the $200 I spent. Plus no help trying to get a resolution from management. read more

The pizza tastes great, the games are fun, but that's all the good i have to say about this place. the service is dreadful. Shame. This place could have rocked. It's big and has a ton of games, but the employees sit in the corner chatting with the manager, forgetting you exist. Our pizza was getting cold sitting lonely by the oven while our tummies shrink of hunger so we reluctantly complained. When we explained what happened, the server's answer was: "so?!?" And when we called the manager his answer was that the pizza is fresh and it hasn't been that long (nearly 20 minutes but who is counting). In other words, we should have no reason to complain. Maybe he is right. Maybe our standards are just too high for this place. We will go elsewhere. Sorry for bothering y'all . Don't mind us. Please, go back to laughing in the corner. read more

My family and I have been coming to this location on and off for a year and there is a reason we keep coming back! The staff during the day is phenomenal! David especially is extremely friendly, and makes you feel very welcomed instead of making you feel like a bother! The rest of the staff is just as helpful and routinely walk around cleaning and sanitizing!Thank you David and the day staff for brightening up our experience there and our day as well! read more

At the end of the day, my intent was for my grandson to enjoy himself with the games and he did. So mission accomplished. Obviously this place caters to children so they can get away with the food being mediocre. Everything tasted like it had some freezer burn to it. I mean, I sure wish the pizza was a little better, and I wish the salad bar wasn't $9 per person just so I could add a little side salad, but other than that, this place was great. We were hoping to show our little girl a fun night out on the town, and this provided that in spades. More than once, she declared it the "best day ever!" so I think we were pretty satisfied customers. I also love that every family here is here for the same reason: because they love their kids and they want to take them somewhere they know they'll enjoy. It warmed my heart to see so many little families from many different walks of life with one common goal for the evening. And, even though I'm terrible at coupons, a wonderful woman in front of us handed me a coupon that got us a lot more game-playing fun for our dollar. I loved watching her with her husband and kiddos all night and watching how fun she was with them and how happy they were to be all together, out having fun. I think the second best part of Chuck E Cheese for me was the high school kids working here. I went to Putnam North, and all the kids I talked to went to North, too. I'm old enough to have kids in high school instead of just getting started, but I still remember how it felt to have my first part time job. It was a Friday night, not long after school had started back, and it just struck me that these kids are such good kids. The hostess had a book for her literature class tucked into the podium. The young guys working the floor handed my daughter some tickets she had dropped and paid her a little bit of attention. They were clearly the kind of kids who are trying to make it all work: school, part time jobs, homework, activities, etc. They were sweet with the kids but funny and personable with us. I wanted to pull them all aside and tell them they're doing a good job and I'm proud of them and if they need any help with college applications to holler at me. I hope Chuck E Cheese knows his empire is built on teenage kids showing up and working hard, being fun and friendly. I hope that mouse is paying for their college. read more

Service was horrible and pizza was even worse! We had two hours for our service and we didn't receive our pizza until we only had 30 minutes left. Majority of the people that was at the birthday party now have turning stomachs. I do not recommend this location. read more

This was the worst CEC we've been to. Machines took tokens and didn't allow to play game. Three machines malfunctioned while we were there. We stood at the ticket prize counter for over 5 minutes with employees walking by and making eye contact with us and still did not help us. Service was terrible and many games didn't work. I won't go back and encourage you not to. read more

I haven't been to one of these since I was a child, which means my memories of this place are mostly magical. I knew better than to have the same expectations as an adult, but this place left me pretty underwhelmed. We came on a Saturday afternoon. There were a lot of people, but it wasn't ridiculously packed. The service was pretty bad from the start though. None of the staff we interacted with were friendly, and we stood an awkwardly long period of time at the front counter before anyone even acknowledged our presence. We got a special from an online coupon for $40 that included a large pizza, drinks, and 100 tokens. The pizza was a good size, but VERY greasy. I don't usually feel compelled to pat pizza down with a napkin, but I did on this one. As far as taste goes, it was no better or worse that any other run-of-the-mill fast food pizza. Most games are 1 token each, so the tokens lasted us a good couple hours (even with my fiance and I playing some games here and there). A few games took our tokens though, and a couple others were out of tickets, which was disappointing. That said, we still ended up with a little over 250 tickets, which got us a few cheap toys and a couple pieces of candy, but it's still something new in a kid's eyes. Overall, it's a good bargain for a few hours of fun with kids, but this location seems poorly managed. Other locations appear to have better reviews, so we might try one of those next time. read more

My grandson is 3 and I wanted to take him out for a special fun day. We started our day off at Andy Alligator Alley? That was a waste of time and money. If your kids are older I'm sure this place is great but the game room is horrible for any age! We left and went down the street to Chuck E Cheese! I spent $20 for 60 minutes of unlimited games. He won over 400 tickets and walked out with more toys he could carry by himself! This is now my go to place for some fun! I LOVE that it's unlimited now. We will definitely be back!! read more

Worst place to go!! Can't even give one star! Machines won't work and 5 to 6 parties at same time and overly crowded!!

The kids loved it. Lots of games and fun. The pizza was OK but we had to wait an hour. The manager gave us a free salad bar and some extra game tokens for our trouble. The thought that was fair but we stayed longer than we planned and everyone was exhausted. read more
