They cleared the codes and said it was good to go. I called them and took it in. They had it for a week and a half. Short time after they "fixed" it I have the same message popping up. I was suspicious of an exhaust leak the day I bought it (have video evidence of the leak) it's been confirmed twice (by their service and another shop) that there is an exhaust leak. They refused to fix it "to expensive" is what i was told. Curtis Darby and his entire service crew are either to incompetent to fix issues on vehicles that come into their shop or they enjoy cutting corners to save some money. Now my wife, kids, and I are breathing in carbon monoxide driving down the road because of this. I spent 27k on this truck, hardly put 300 miles on it and this is what i have to deal with. Do yourself a favor and don't purchase from these guys. The kansas Attorney General has been notified because of the implied warranty of merchantability and consumer protection act which both have been violated by them.

We called Dalton around 5:00 pm and without hesitation he told us to come up and look at the truck. My boyfriend fell in love with it as soon as we took it for a test ride. Dalton was clear and honest about the flaws that the truck had, but offered solutions to all of them. We also had the pleasure of meeting Michael, who is the owner of the dealership. Both Dalton and Michael worked to get our monthly payments as low as possible with a reasonable interest rate, and they were able to get us the most out of our trade in as reasonably possible. They were very straight forward, and equally reasonable. We kept Dalton at the dealership for two additional hours and he maintained a positive and kind attitude the entire time. We didn't feel rushed or taken advantage of. They are a family owned business, and I highly recommend buying from Munsterman Automotive. They actually listen to your needs and value the relationship they build with their clients. Also, they were able to to get us a better deal than any other dealer offer we had previously dealt with. They said they would pay the price that Blue Book said we could get if we went to the trouble of advertising the vehicle for sale and sold it to an individual buyer. What could be better than that? The best price without the hassle. We chose the Carvana offer. The next day, one of their representatives came to our house, checked out the vehicle and paperwork, and bought the car by sending money directly to our bank account. I could not be happier.

No cabs, rideshares, rental cars...etc. We were stranded on the side of I-70 with two 9 year olds and a little dog... our "roadside assistance" was absolutely no help on a Sunday (no help on a Monday either...but I digress.) State Police drove us to the nearest motel. This is where the kind soul at Meyer Motors attempted to help us (after hours none the less) Dennis (?) drove all the way to our RV and took a look at it to let us know if he could be any assistance. He told us what the problem was and was distraught that there was no way he could help us within the next 2-3 days. He was backed up for days, but instead of trying to selfishly hold on to our business he directed us to the nearest place that could indeed help us. After finally confirming help from another place we called back and asked if there was any rental cars available at his place, as he loans cars while he fixes them. He did not have anything available...BUT... he offered to ferry us to the other place once our vehicle was finished. He had no reason to help us but he did everything within his power to help us and that is why they are getting a 5 Star review! If I could give more I would.
