Thanks to Dr. Lubit, the root canal procedure was performed flawlessly, painlessly and the tooth was successfully saved. Throughout the process, the doctor was extremely thorough--taking two CBCT scans and three X-rays to ensure an accurate diagnosis and the best treatment plan. What stood out just as much as the technical expertise was the doctor's bedside manner. He explained every step of the procedure in detail and patiently answered all of my questions, which made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I was receiving. The office staff was the best --friendly, easy to speak with, and very professional and kind. They consistently followed up and made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. Dr Lubit is meticulous and dexterous. I will never go anyplace else for an endodontic care.

I was lucky that the dentist I go to for my routine care had Dr. Lubit on the list. All this said, from the moment I made my first phone call, my questions were all handled gently, thoroughly and professionally. And then when I got to the office, I was greeted with a smile, processed quickly and brought in on time and on schedule. The office and rooms are clean, the staff is friendly when I met Dr. Lubit, he took the time to shake my hand, introduce himself, listen and explain everything to me. It was the most thorough, comprehensive dental exam I have ever had. Dr. Hatfield explained everything in detail and we discussed a treatment plan. The location is excellent, parking is adequate, and the office environment is very attractive. The office staff is excellent, and the hygienist was great as well. All good. I have found my new dentist. P.S. Crowns in one day during a 2-hour appointment.

I called for wisdom tooth extraction and made an appointment with them, I asked them if they participate with my insurance (finding a place that participates with my insurance is a challenge on it self) however, they told me over the phone that they did participate with my insurance. They scheduled my appointment and then proceed to tell me that there was a chance for me to get the tooth extracted that same day because their oral surgeon was in-house. I went for my appointment, they did my x-rays and then Dr. Rana comes in, sees my x-rays and tells me that they were going to extract all 3 of my wisdom teeth. I was in a bit of a shock, because I only went to get one extracted, due to my insurance and financial situation. As I was explaining to him that I only could get one tooth extracted, Dr. Rana left the office and didn't even let me finish talking and sent me to talk to their office manager. So, when I sat down with their office manager and declined to get my 3 wisdom teeth extracted again, everything changed. After they wanted me to get my 3 wisdom teeth extracted that same day and I said no. The narrative changed, they started telling me that their oral surgeon was out of network, and that my insurance only covered 50% of out of network procedures. Then all the sudden their oral surgeon was not available until July 6 and if I still wanted to go through with the procedure, I'd have to pay their $650 dollars p/tooth extraction fee up front and then they'd have to see how much my insurance would cover. Even when I called back to get them to email me the x-ray their tone changed. they were not as nice as they were when I first called them. They were so deceiving, and left a bunch of details out, didn't even bother to prescribe me anything for the pain. Basically told me, go some find some place else. Please steer clear and be careful when dealing with them.
