I have never been a member of Navy FUCU. So I immediately went to that location. I was greeted by Selina- I may be off, but her name started with an S. I told her the situation, and I have been a Fraud Investigator for over 10 years. I thought I was being proactive, so the fraud department can be contacted because Navy may be a part of a new fraud ring. She was so rude to me. As I was explaing she told me she can not release any information because I am not a member. I was explaining that, but my SSN is compromised, so all accounts need to be closed, and a fraud investigation needs to be started, and I have all the information from the number that called me, so skip tracing and investigations can be done. But, she refused to take any information. So, I left and went to the Mesquite location, and I was treated even worse. They refused to hear me out. So, if a fraud ring starts with Navy FCU soon and its members are affected, I tried to let them know. I will not recommend a Credit Union like this that does not care or attempt to care about possible fraud that can cause the company a major loss. And I did take all measures to protect my information freeze, placed and fraud alerts placed on all credit bureaus.

Most of the reviews on yelp are written shortly after the purchase, but I think it's more helpful to hear from people a few months down the line. Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. This was not just our best car buying experience, this was one of the best sales experiences of anything we've ever purchased! We're not fancy people and we hold onto cars longer than most. I'm relatively confident I'll be driving this suburban until my kids leave the house. But when our 2008 Honda Civic finally bites the dust, you'd can be certain our replacement vehicle will be from BBC Motorsports.

She has offered more assistance to me than I could have possibly asked for. Best sales person I have ever encountered!!! It is VERY hard to find SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE nowadays and I can say she has given me a whole new outlook on that because now I truly know that there is still people out there in this world that can still actually be helpful and nice. Because most of the time I run into really bad customer service when I call places. They normally just want to hurry up and switch you over to somebody else or when you ask them questions they don't seem to know anything or they play dumb. But not here!!! Citlali is so delightful to talk to and is so down to earth. She listens intently and answers knowledgeably. Other people who work in customer service at all these other companies need to go over there and take notes from her on how to give great customer service because she definitely is on point when it comes to her job. I am just so impressed by her work ethics and attitude. She has a wonderful personality and I can tell her character is very charismatic. she definitely left me with a wonderful impression of herself. I wish all customer service people at all places of business would be more like her. She is definitely a gem. East Dallas Diesel, yall have found yall a keeper. If I was yall I would NEVER LET HER GO. Also, I want to say that this dealership has the most beautiful vehicles!!! Every single person in this office has mishandled a very simple 2 yr 1 pay lease and have miscalculated the cost of the lease five different times resulting in me having to go and get it notarized and resigned 5 different times over a 9 week period and still don't have it right and I don't have the ev9 I purchased 9 weeks ago! Every time it was signed, they miscalculated the correct number. Nobody in this office will take responsibility and I don't believe there is anyone in Kia finance in this office that has the knowledge or brains to fill out papers for these types of leases. How do they ever expect the dealerships to sell cars if they can't write a lease correctly. Also, the fact that they have many negative reviews on this site and have not responded to one review anyway tells you that nobody should be dealing with Kia or Kia finance as they are not supported by their finance company.. Huge warning to all of you out there considering financing a Kia go pick another make of car that has a finance company that supports them and has more intelligent people so that you don't have to go through the same aggravation loss of time and dealing with incompetent people ! It would be nice to get a reply to this from any Kia representative. This happens to be the Dallas office handling this.

My bank did not cancel the check resulting in two payments. They claim they sent the check back but the bank did not tell me this. Of course they sent a check to me through the mail even though they claim not to have received the money. Tangled mess. Never experienced such in all my years.

Additionally, I like that their interest rates, on their CDs for example, are always current and generous and that they offer numerous opportunities to really save and grow your money for both short and long term. The system may call us member, but to the employees... we are just another customer. NFCU is no longer exclusive... where being a member is what is expected. NAVY FEDERAL... not Armed Forces. I digress... as I stated 28 years, and because of a check deposited (based on my knowledge) from a legit business, I have not been able to use mobile deposit in 4 years. I jumped through EVERY hoop that was put in front of me, and still cannot. So, now this is just another complaint added to the many about NFCU especially when it comes to non-White member (I SAID IT). NFCU can keep the $5 that keeps the account open. I will do business with American Express Credit Union... who also offer better rates all around. People, take this seriously, or NFCU will continue acting like BOA, Wells, and Chase... instead of being the credit union we thought they were. Oh, and I feel this must be said... nothing is more condescending when writing a review than getting a "cookie cutter" response to the issue being stated. If NFCU, genuinely gave a shit about their "members", 1) These complaints wouldn't be her and 2) They would actually provide a real genuine apology and for those that matter a legitimate contact number to personnel capable of resolving the issue. No one, and I mean NO ONE submitting a negative reviews cares about NFCU's social media crap... especially as a response. This is business and people's lives being affected. I am so mad at the review responses that I just turned 2 star to a 1 star.

Car was bought on July 6…read more(Thursday) by July 10 (Monday) the car was overheating and was taking to the dealership for repair. Was told since an appointment wasn't made, I had to wait until an opening before my car could be seen. Seriously? How is this not a priority since the car was bought 4 days earlier. This becoming more infuriating as there was no communication between Sales and Service after Sales said they would make this a priority. Margarita finally said that if someone canceled their appointment that the car would get in. Car was looked at on Thursday and stated it was the thermostat. Repairs were put in place and car was picked up on Friday only to be returned the same day for overheating! Between the lack of communication, the lack of professionalism, failure in policies for cars that have been sold and come back with issues within the fist 7 days. Not to mention, they do not service cars over the weekend. No one is taking responsibility for this car's failure after money was put down. You call their corporate office and they are no help- the transfer you back to the dealership. A vicious cycle of lies, no accountability, no assistance, no real results. The sales and service manager could not give their boss' name at corporate which seem odd and suspicious. A report has been filed with Better Business Bureau because they need to investigated thoroughly for the business they are conducting.
