I shared the photos of all the things she failed to do. She offered to come back the next day as she had a small amount of time to spare. A small amount of time to spare to dust all rooms, do mirrors, countertops, microwave, ceiling fans and the re vacuum. And the 47 photos are what I noticed there are items I didn't even bother taking photos of that were not completed. She stated " *clean fans *sweep *mop *vacuum *wipe counters *clean high touch surfaces ie: light switches *dusting tables/shelves *wipe Exterior of appliances *clean cabinet doors that need it *clean showers and tubs (I tried to get mold out of yours but only a little came out) *clean mirrors *clean sinks *take out trash in each area where a trash can is and replace bags I also did baseboards I noticed were dirty. Doggy door frame and flap as well as that whole door. Your fireplace. Wiped down couch and recliner by laundry room and retucked the blankets on them. ** not done Shelves Things on shelves Photos on walls Mirrors on walls Front door glass or knob, light switch Carpet edging when vacuuming Dusting (except the two end table tops and the top of my vanity were done --- nothing on the top of them) Shower tile on top left with dust Toilets on the outer floor base toward the top of the bowl not done Window ledge not done Shelving not done Entire master bedroom and front living not even dusted Ceiling fan edges only done and she told me she had a covering to go over the blades. I watched her from my office with a small duster do the edges with the dust go all on my bed. I can continue to go on but I think this sums up why I don't want her to return! "I have all the pics so know exactly what to hit and what's needed so it wouldn't be difficult or take too much time. I can also schedule a whole new day if that is preferred" How could she knowingly leave my house unclean and take my money And things she's gonna come back in and finish cleaning it when she should've done it right the first time I could see maybe missing one or two things but missing 3/4 of my house is not acceptable! And like I told her when we spoke on Facebook messaging, I appreciated the fact that she did scrape off some of the stuff off of my fireplace that I told her she did not have to do she offered on her own accord and she cleaned down the doggie door flap, which I didn't even ask her to do! And knowing that I didn't want her back in the house after missing all of the stuff, she did not offer a refund (even partial)

The pricing was right for us because of the seasonal discounts and more importantly, I believe they were confident in their service and wanted to earn the repeat business (a great sign of a quality service). I had Victory Home Services send a professional out to come deep clean my father's home. He has lived alone for a year now and has had caregivers to maintain the cleaning for him, but a deep clean was needed to turn over the fall season. Cornelia was dedicated and somehow managed to get the bathroom clean (I was about to just replace the toilet and she salvaged it!). I requested a clear quote upfront, which was never provided…read more Despite giving clear instructions on the work needed, they charged me extra, tried to charge for bulk pickup, and failed to paint the house as agreed. My friend, who was there in my place (since I'm stationed in Korea), made it clear that painting was required, yet they claimed she said the tenant would handle it--something that doesn't make sense given the house had to be ready before anyone moved in. To make matters worse, my realtor, someone I trust, visited the house and confirmed that the work was not completed properly. She even called the company to explain that the house needed to be finished, but they continued to disrespect me by dismissing my concerns. My friend had to purchase their own equipment to finish the work that was supposed to be done. What was supposed to be completed on Friday dragged on the whole weekend, and it's still not finished as of March 23rd. I asked for this job to be done before the 16th, and I'm still waiting. They claimed I wasn't overcharged, but the work they did was so poor that I could have done it myself for free. I'm now dealing with more stress than if I had handled everything myself. I will be attaching photos to warn future clients about this company. As a military member stationed abroad, I trusted them to handle the job, and they failed miserably. They demanded full payment before the job was done and now are blaming me. My house is still incomplete, and despite having cameras and a friend checking in, they continue to drop the ball. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They deserve a zero-star rating, but I'm giving them one only because I have to.

Was able to see photos and videos of job after and before. Quick refund for mowing services that werent completed due to weather circumstances. UPDATE: owner reached out immediately to offer to remedy minor defiencies. Appreciated the gesture nonetheless despite my mother-in-law already correcting the issues.
