My friend suggested Dr suggs at the hometown doctors .. Dr suggs is a real Dr ! He sits and truly listens to you . He gives each patient all the time they need with him without rush to get to the next patient ... My first visit we spoke about my condition for more then 3 hours ! 3hours .. I was so ecstatic that I had found someone that would take the time to listen , really listen and try to help ! The hometown drs feels like part of my family now . It's a very relaxed but productive environment .. Im so blessed to have gotten Dr suggs to be my primary care physician ... If your looking for a real Dr , a real friend and confidont to really give you the medical treatment you need Dr suggs is the man ! If you just go see him once , I promise you that you will want to stay .. Take the chance and go see the best Dr in NC ! You will never regret it .. My only regret is not going to see him sooner ! The front desk staff is also unfriendly and since I found this facility based off my desire to have a particular doctor my child has not seen this doctor since they became a patient here. The medication is only $35. He is just 21 working part time. Result: significant bald spots on his head were hair no longer grows and severe constipation. No regard for patient well being!

She CONSTANTLY cancels appointments at the very last minute without explanation. I have severe symptoms and she acts like they don't matter. I leave voicemails & emails with not one response! This office just tosses me in between personnel like it's nothing & its literally impossible to get a hold of your actual doctor. And today the front desk lady got upset with ME because Lori cancelled my appt. I just don't get it!! It's infuriating to deal with this office and the Seymour team. DO NOT GO HERE- patient care and the littlest bit of concern for your well being do not exist!

When I arrived, the doctor didn't ask me any additional questions regarding my situation and immediately just prescribed my medication. The staff never greeted me politely or made any small talk. The nurse also shouted my condition and what tests I needed to the nurses in the hallway WITH MY ROOM DOOR OPEN and other patients walking by.

A week later I called back having not heard anything. It was "sent" and lost in the mail. When I went to my appt the office didn't have the referral on file. I called christopherson and the woman in charge of referrals essentially berated me. She yelled and interrupted me saying the fault was with the other office then saying I didn't need a referral then saying I must not have asked for one. Despite it being in her system. I won't be back.
