I bought my vehicle from them in 2019, good experience. I've taken my vehicle to their service department several times over the last 7 years, and no issues. Not this last time. This last experience was the worst experience I've ever had with an automotive service center in my life. Dropped off on a Wednesday for recall work, and diagnostic on a problem with the AC system. No word until Friday, no discussion, just an emailed automated diagnosis and approval system. They identified the problem with the AC system, and the estimate was pretty high for such a minor repair. They said the parts were in stock, and I assumed the work would be done before close of business. I approved it. Come 4:30 I hadn't received word, and decided to reach out to see if they could give me a timeframe. The part was not actually in stock, and they couldn't get the work done until Monday. I needed it for pre-arranged plans for Saturday and was able to arrange to pick it up and would return the following week to finish. In the meantime, I researched the parts needed and found I could do the work for much less elsewhere. After no notification the next week, and nothing the following week, I assumed they really weren't hurting for my business. The Service Rep finally called this morning (two weeks later) to schedule the work, and I informed him that I had decided to have another shop do the repairs. Apparently this was not news he was excited to hear, and decided to make that very well known to me in a very disrespectful and discourteous manner. Telling me that he just wasted his time, and was very dismissive. I wasted HIS time? What about my time when I drop off on a Wednesday with the expectation of the work being done by COB on Thursday and not hearing a single word for two whole days? Absolutely uncalled for behavior and atrocious customer service. I will not be returning to this service department, and I will make it very clear to anyone I know that they should avoid this dealership as well. I guess being a long-time, loyal customer means nothing anymore. Horrible customer service, would not recommend. Too bad they didn't send out the FCA survey, as I would have put all very low marks on that, too. Edit: After conversing with the Service Manager, Jason, the conversation was surprisingly pleasant and I was informed that the treatment I had received was unacceptable and he wanted to rectify the situation. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was completed in a timely, and efficient manner, and even provided a rental car for me so that I wasn't too inconvenienced by the vehicle being in their service department. The work was completed that day, to my satisfaction, and there was open and timely communication which met my original expectations. Moving forward, due to Jason's sincere regret and willingness to correct the situation, I will be giving them another chance. read more

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership a few months ago and initially had a generally positive experience. Both the salesperson and the finance representative were professional, and the process was straightforward with no pressure or haggling. Shortly after the purchase, I experienced an issue with the passenger seat and worked with a female staff member in the service department, who was attentive and helpful in resolving the matter. Based on that interaction, I felt comfortable returning for my first oil change. Unfortunately, my experience during that visit was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, cones were blocking the oil change bay. I parked and went inside to confirm whether oil changes were being performed. I was told they were and instructed to pull forward once a truck ahead of me was moved. I waited approximately 15 minutes outside before being allowed into the bay. Once inside, I was completely ignored for another 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me or made eye contact. I rolled down my window and attempted to get a staff member's attention, verbally saying "excuse me," but was ignored. When he passed by again, I had to wave and raise my voice to get his attention. When I asked if someone could help me, he said he thought I was working with someone else. I explained that I was there for an oil change, and he pointed me to another employee--the same individual who had initially avoided eye contact when I pulled into the bay. After waiting several more minutes, that employee finally approached me. I asked how long an oil change would take. Instead of answering directly, he immediately pushed a tire rotation, suggesting I should do it. I explained that since the vehicle was newly purchased, I planned to rotate the tires at a later service. Without waiting for my response, he stated the service would take "about an hour and a half." I told him that timeframe would not work and that I would need to return another day. Before leaving, I asked about a low tire pressure alert for the front driver's side tire. He dismissed the concern, stating that the rear tire was "clearly" low and suggesting there might be a nail in it. He did not inspect the tire, move from his position, or take any steps to ensure it was safe for me to drive away. The lack of concern for customer safety was troubling. This experience prompted me to review feedback online, and I was disappointed--but not surprised--by what I found. I will not be returning for future service and will be seeking a dealership with better customer service. I took my 2023 Dodge Durango SRT here for warranty issues. The driver side running day lights in the headlamp had a defect so they had to replace the headlamp. A few days prior to taking my vehicle back in for that issue the gear shifter had a defect as well so the dealership replaced both the headlamp and gearshift. The day I picked up my vehicle my daughter noticed the vehicle pulling really hard to the right. The technician that drove test drove my vehicle for 7 miles obviously hit something very hard and kept it hush hush. The service lady Nikki knew I was going to drop off my vehicle today and she has completely ignored my text messages. She also told me the day I took my vehicle in for the headlamp diagnosis that "people like to just point fingers and blame", that judgementIng comment had me irritated. I left it alone because she made sure I had my vehicle back quickly. Now that I had to pay money out for an alignment that the dealership took zero responsibility for really had me deciding to NEVER use this service shop ever again This shop left my lights loose to where they fell off in the past and I still have them another chance. They special ordered a part for me, it was sold to me in a box that was taped together and clearly repackaged. Discovered it was the wrong part in it. Went back without the box, as soon as I walked up to the counter with part and receipt in hand, was told "can't return that without the box" " we can't resell it without the box".......ridiculous! They sold it to me in the wrong box to begin with! Of course they can rebox and label it for resale. Horrible customer service. I ordered parts through Buymoparparts.com & attempted to call the company to find out the listed phone number was fraudulent. Through further investigation I discovered the website is associated with Christopher Dodge. The parts website does not reference Christopher Dodge at all. The parts website provided no updates & my intention was to cancel the order . Two weeks later without warning they shipped the parts & billed my account. I spoke with Ken (Parts Director ) who was completely unprofessional and refused to credit my account until they received the retuned parts however they billed me during shipping. The only difference between perfection and my actual experience was the recommendation of "throttle body cleaning and air/fuel service". I have been trying to get a window and mirror replaced with them since May (it's now August) and they still can't get it done. They're nice, but not very professional or helpful. I've asked for a manager to get involved now, and he can't be bothered to call me back or reply to the emails he's cc'd on, where he can clearly see his team is doing NOTHING to resolve the issues they've caused. He said he would call me later in the evening to schedule and if not then the very next day first thing in the morning. This was end of December. Never heard from him so I called 2-3x per week for the next month and left a voicemail every time and never received a call back just to schedule an appointment. Took my truck into Christopher Dodge in Golden for recall, oil change, alignment, and fuel filter change. In speaking with the advisor Nikki (who was very nice) she said they would install my led light bulbs if I brought them in. Dropped car off Saturday for Monday appointment. On Monday I called at 4 pm to see the status of my truck. Was told my advisor was out sick but that they were working on truck but wouldn't have it back to Tuesday aka my truck was forgotten. I reminded them again about installing the head lights and they said yes they would be installed. Tuesday I get a notification that my truck now needs new head lights as BOTH tabs holding them in are broken. Again no call. I decline requests and go in to speak with John the service manager about what happened. He said they tried to install the head lights but they wouldn't work in my truck. While trying to install the lights tech noticed the tabs were broken. I asked how could the tabs break he said from over tightening them. I told him the only repair shop to ever touch my truck was them, nobody has ever touched it but them? And once the tech discovered the broken tabs why would I have not received a phone call BEFORE trying to install the new bulbs??? He said he couldn't answer that but they definitely didn't break them? I said you don't see any issues with this. No we didn't break them. This will be the last time they ever touch my truck again and I have all my vehicles serviced to exactly what the manufacturer asks. I hope the 2k was worth losing the rest of my service. I already informed my 2 neighbors who each bought their diesel from Christopher's Dodge Ram in Golden and they both said thanks they won't be going back now either. STAY FAR FROM THEIR SERVICE SHOP. THEY ARE CROOKED. Take a look for yourself. Again if I was a tech and noticed something wrong with a part I was about to touch I would have notified them BEFORE I touched the part. You be the judge?? These folks sold me a 2019 f150 that they told me was great with no issues upon inspection. Said they just serviced it and everything. Rushed the sale on a Saturday, probably because they didn't believe I'd come back the following Monday. Anyhow, this truck Had 77.9k miles. They even talked me into getting the "assurant extended warranty + gap" coverage. Not even 300 miles driven and less than two weeks later I got a p00021 code which indicates an issue with the intake camshaft position timing (over advanced). In layman's terms they sold me a vehicle with bad VCT cam phasers plus a few other issues. I called the service department when I got the code and was encouraged to find a ford dealership to take the vehicle to for a diagnosis on the issue. I was finally able to drop the vehicle off at a ford dealership (keep in mind many of these dealerships have multiple week wait times. I gave them my assurant service agreement number and all of the pertinent information they would need to make a claim for repairs after they diagnose the issue. I dropped the car off on a Monday and by Friday was told that the VCT Cam phasers were bad and that it was also causing an issue with the timing chain and other miscellaneous parts pertaining to the engine. The service advisor from ford told me this would be a $4400 repair. I ask them to follow up with assurant. The service advisor contacted me saying that assurant has no record of my service agreement, and nothing matching the vin of the vehicle. I'm like this can't be right, so I attempted to contact Christopher Dodge's finance department multiple times. Each time I was transferred nobody answered the phone. I left 3 voicemails requesting a call back. Never got a call back. The service advisor also attempted to contact them several times without any success until the end of YESTERDAY. Low and behold assurant had no record of the extended warranty this dealership "sold" me, because Christopher Dodge's finance department never entered my purchase into the system fully. So because of that they said that they would have to send it up to their "warranty administrator" to "kind of speed things along" and in my experience with stuff like this it's more than a few hours for this to be corrected, it's more like 48 hours. So I've had to jump through hoops and hurdles to get this taken care of, and have been out of a vehicle for a week. As it's now Friday evening we are going into the weekend and I will have to be out of a vehicle for likely another week and a half to two weeks OR LONGER. That totals ATLEAST 3 weeks without a loaner vehicle or anything of the sort due to no fault of my own - but to the fault of this dealership not processing things correctly on their end. Mind you they've offered no type of compensation or loaner vehicle. The salesperson who sold me the vehicle doesn't even respond to emails. What I initially felt was a good experience has become a nightmare. I have a 4 year old kid. I'm responsible for getting them to and from school, along with getting to and from work myself Monday through Friday and this has changed my outlook on this dealership for the worst. It's fraudulent to collect money from people and not use it for its stated purpose. Who knows when this BS will be taken care of - but it's very unacceptable. Wish I could give zero stars. Service department is rude and sketchy. Apparently nobody but your service advisor can tell you about the status of your vehicle. We are now almost through day 2 and even the manager can't update me, he was going to have Luis call me. That was 4 hours ago. Really, though, someone should have called yesterday before they kept my truck overnight with no explanation. We have left messages but nobody is helping. They said my truck was ready and it still had Hail damage and my truck was completely filled with white dust from the shop. What a terrible expierence. Came in looking to trade my 2018 raptor for their trx. Their sales manager absolutely tried low balling me on my raptor. Brutally low balling me. It was so bad that even the sales man came up and said it was an atrocious offer. The sales man himself couldnt believe it. The sales man (Sy) then kept trying to get me to go down the road to car max who was offering me 10k over what his manager was offering. After reapeatingly telling him "im here to do buisness with you guys not them" he then brought me up to his manager. This is where it got really bad. The sales manager was the most arrogant, combative person ive ever worked with. The dude literally said "we are just going to sell the car to sil ter har motors and this is the best hed give me" The offer he gave me was $15000 less than what the same truck with more miles and less features was selling for at Sil Ter Har. When i told him this he kept shouting...yes literaly shouting "you bring me a $64k offer and ill buy yoh and your girl friend dinner" he shouted this like 10x. The dude seemed drunk and i mean that. Finally i told him he was trying to rip me off. He then told me how he was the best in the industry (his actions really demonstrated that). Then He hopped down from his little stoop and got up in my face. The dude literally was looking to fight me. Then all of his goonies ran up and tried to get me to fight him to. However I was dinged for credit card fee (%3.25 which also applies to debit cards), the padlock on my bike rack was cut even though it's not necessary to remove the lock to remove the rack. The rack was never mounted back. Repairs were estimated to take 3 weeks. It took +4 weeks. read more

Well turns out they sold me a straight lemon with so many problems it's unreal and for $20000 at that. I was aware of a small handful of these problems but I was assured they would be fixed before the car was mine, well 2 of them were but one wasn't, and this is just what I was aware of, and after I took possession of the car the problem that wasn't fixed was now mine essentially since I didn't have anything in writing. I used Christopher dodge for the original recall that has since failed, in trying to get more information on what this is going to cost since it's no longer covered under a recall, I was told "I don't know what it will cost, but I can you schedule in." I barely pulled into the dealership today with smoke coming out of my engine. I turned the car off-got out and was immediately greeted with a 'Good Morning-How has your day been?' We both immediately laughed realizing that it wasn't all that great. I needed a simple radiator hose replacement, which I had bought, but couldn't get one end of the hose off. Instead of making a huge deal about it, the serviceman agreed to make the fix for me at no cost. He even washed out my engine compartment which was covered in antifreeze from the burst, and topped off my coolant. Been trying to get my car in for weeks and I can't even get an appointment. Considering the recall on my vehicle and the extreme potential danger, I'm not happy. I told them 3 days ago and again yesterday that if I didn't get a call back by end of day yesterday, and something happened regarding my vehicle that they would lose the business if myself and everyone that will hear me. It's mind blowing how difficult that one simple task is yet overly difficult to accomplish at this huge dealership. Now I have been seated in the weird financial part of the place and I was told to wait. He literally ran around the whole place trying to find the person that could do it. On top of that there are only two people that can do it and they are somewhere apparently. The guy came back tired and sweating because he was looking for them. To no avail he sadly was not able to help. He tried his best though. Overall I would never recommend this place to anyone. These guys are jerks/scammers. I messaged on Marketplace to see if a car was available before driving an hour out of my way and they refuse to say it's availablity without a name or email. I end up going out there and every panel on the car had hail damage and crashes. The ad didn't mention this, and photos tried to hide most of it. Then the sales person said "well, that's why it's cheap". No, it wasnt cheap. It was decent priced for a car that didn't need extensive repair. read more
