We tried various machines where every time we would get the item and the claw would be moving halfway towards the drop off section. The claw would open up on its own, even though the item was secure in the claw while moving the first couple seconds. The mail working the register told me his manager calibrates the claw machines in a way that you have to keep spending on it until you can have a payout. He said there's nothing he can do about it and that's how claw machines work. I feel like that's a poor excuse if you spend about $50 for young kids to try to get a prize. Other claw machines around town do not drop your item that many times and force you to keep spending over and over again. I think this will be our last time here.

She gave us a great customer experience and beleived us if we a game wasn't working fully. Overall 95% games work great and the other 5% Sumie was working on troubleshooting. Our experience is a 5 star and this is a hidden gem we will definitely repeat.

Matt and Liz Meagher are so easy to work with and you can do SO MUCH to make your event your own!! They really help take your event OVER THE TOP!!! I was just in there and the renovations look CLASSY!!! They have a DJ, dance floor, and lighting (if you've priced this out alone, you know what I'm sayin'!!), a bar area, TV screens and drop down screens, the linen and color choices are SO good, the center pieces are SO up to date, these classy chandeliers that hang from the ceiling are my fave, the backdrop is beautiful and a PLUS... they just renovated their bathrooms.... Important detail for a venue that the Meager's know that matter. I've been to SEVERAL events here and they have had plenty of room for a photo booth, cake table, catering. That's another thing, you can bring in your own catering. They just know how what it takes to make your event special. I'm telling you, you won't find another venue like this!! So, book it now, because their dates go quick!!!

If couples are looking for a place to come in, with minimal set up needed...this is a good place…read more If you use the venue in the off season...not June for example...you will have better communication with venue operator. During May-June, they are swamped with business, which is good for them...but not so good if you need answers in a timely manner. The price is also very reasonable. The Good: *The space is a good size, and the owner was accommodating with matching my desired color scheme. Tables were set up prior to use arriving for our set up. *Being able to build our own bar was a huge bonus. The night of the wedding, the bartender kept the drinks flowing and the guests happy. We had zero complaints about that. *We were allowed to bring our own food and cake. Also a bonus. Many venues won't allow you to do that. * The DJ is included in the package we got. Also a nice touch seeing how a separate DJ can be quite expensive. *Location is easy to find and close to freeway access * The house decorations are nice, and for events w/o a particular theme...you don't really need anything extra. The downsides: * As our date got closer, communication started to get a bit choppy...which as a bride...can be pretty stressful, *There was a teeny tiny window (quoted for one hour)for drop off of decorations and equipment in the morning. This made an actual sound check for the band impossible. As a result, there were issues with the sound during the band performance later in the reception. *There wasn't a kitchen grade sink to rinse food equipment, so my maid of honor had to take dirty (cake cutting knives and catering trays) home in a box with food stuck to them. *The handicap bathroom stall in the women's bathroom did not lock. *I knew ahead of time about the state of the "getting ready" area in the back where we line up was just a few chairs. Not factored into rating, just an FYI * I had an very specific timeline I sent to the owner of when to play music and what to announce. They botched my procession for the wedding party by sending my children before their song started, then cued the wrong song in the middle of the wedding party. The song I had was supposed to play out until all members of the party (save ring security and flower girl had made their way down). Then, at the end of the ceremony, they started the recessional song too soon, and then didn't let it play out till the end. They were supposed to invite couples to join the dance floor during the first dance, but waited too long, and we had to motion for them to join. After first dance, they were supposed to announce the Welcome Speech, but instead, they let everyone go line up for bar/food. When cuing the buffet line, they weren't watching the line and just played songs into each other so the line backed up...instead of giving them space between tables. -They haphazardly called people over to the cake...and the Maid of Honor was outside and almost missed it. They started playing the music for the cake before Bride and Groom were even ready. We didn't even have a plate to put the cake on. We felt sort of rushed to get through the cake. Aside from these issues, we had a fantastic wedding. Not one of our guests had an issue with anything...the issues listed above are listed are not major...and with all the details I had listed, it's only human for errors to be made. Our guests loved it...and said it was one of the best, if not THE best, weddings they had ever been to. I'd encourage brides not to book in May or June if they way a 5 star experience...and keep it simple. The more you add, the more room for stress and error.

We described to him that we would like to plan our wedding in less than 3 months and we understood that it would be a difficult task however we were met with reassurance and transparency. He gave us the pricing and packages and even encouraged us to look around knowing he is one of the if not the best host for celebrations in town. Fast forward to meeting our wedding coordinator Niki she made life that much easier. Again we were met with transparency and clear communication. She told us when we would connect with our dj photographer etc. she gave us our things that we needed to do and even gave us helpful tips on doing so. She took care of us as if we were family. Fast forward to the day before and the day of the wedding Niki took my wife under her wing and alleviated so much stress. She was such a rock in this whole thing for us. I've been to many weddings but this one was by far the best. (Not being bias bc this one was mine.) I've been to weddings that are triple+ the cost but do not pay attention to detail. The dj Syd was on point with the music and guided the whole thing into place. The photographer set us up and directed us where to be (he has clearly done this many times and knew the best shots) The food was absolutely amazing -side note usually wedding venues will skimp you food. I'm talking about spending 5k giving you like 5 pieces of ravioli with a crap steak. Not this place. This place gives you amazing food with leftovers and so much to choose from! The bartender was great with the guest and prompt with drinks. He had a well deserved tip jar out because he was that freaking good. The place was nice and cool protecting us from the Vegas heat. Niki over saw everything and even deflected those dumb questions from people. Truly truly made the whole event that much better. Our expectations were not only met but far exceeded. So much in fact it encouraged others to follow in our footsteps in marriage. Bottom line they are solid and straight to the point and there was zero hidden BS. I encourage everyone to use sunset gardens as your wedding venue. You won't beat the price or care that you get from this place. We are so thankful and blessed to have chosen sunset gardens to host us.

All the kids had a great time and the adults played with their kids or visited. Compared with a lot of other kids birthday venues GVR Kids Quest is a great value. Fraction of the cost of some, unlimited guests, great attendant, bring your own food and by having the party for breakfast, guests are free to enjoy the rest of their day. KQ has a variety of computer games, arcade games, crafts, a decent climbing structure and more to keep the little ones entertained. Goodness knows I have had my Issues with GVR (I won't play there anymore) so for me to give them four stars for anything is amazing. I can't comment on KQ for babysitting but for a birthday party it is a great go.

Farrar Wedding 2025…read more Absolutely an experience! We had our wedding event here on July 19, 2025. From the moment we sat down with David to discuss what we wanted, he was incredibly understanding of our budget and knew exactly how to make our day as beautiful as I imagined! Everything was beyond exceptional--our guests loved the venue and couldn't stop talking about how amazing everything and everyone was. I always have and will continue to recommend Factory of Dreams and/or Skyview Banquet Hall to anyone looking for a venue! That said, we did experience a few hiccups during the planning process. Communication with Chef Francisco G. wasn't the best--he wasn't timely in responding, which caused some stress. However, the food turned out good on the day of the event, though I was surprised and a bit disappointed that the kids were served Little Caesars pizza. As for Irma, who I was told was the event coordinator--she was very sweet and helpful in the beginning. But when it came time for the wedding rehearsal, I was told I had to find my own coordinator. This was frustrating because I had gone over all the event timing with her, so I assumed she would be the one handling it. If I needed to bring in someone else, I wish I had been told upfront--it would have saved some last-minute stress before my big day. And id also like to give a big thanks to the Bakery used Cakes Las Vegas so good with the flavors my husband does not like sweets but he did enjoy your cake. Despite these issues, I truly thank the entire team for their hard work and dedication. You all helped make our wedding a day to remember!

We chose her because she seemed professional, she helped with renting tables and additional barware. We asked her about the people that would be serving, and she said that she had been doing this for XX years and that they are professional - pretty much shutting down that conversation and not providing any details. Day of the party, Sherry's people were supposed to show up at 3:00. At 3:30 we called Sherry...at 4:00 one person showed up, no barware in tow. She had no idea who Sherry was and reeked of cigarettes. This stranger was friendly, but needed to take frequent cigarette breaks, and didn't know how to make common drinks (or how to pronounce Sauvignon). The extra glasses we ordered never arrived - making our service tighter than expected. The other server didn't show up, later Sherry explained that the person was in a car accident, but she didn't know if they were being truthful, and she would never work with them again. I had to make up the slack, and we pulled it off in spite of the shortcomings of A Touch of Class Entertainment. Sherry refunded us for the server that didn't show, and for the hour the bartender was late.
