I chose to give them a second chance to purchase my primary home but I got referred to Brandon (Brandell's son) as my buyer agent. The process was smooth initially, however, I was disappointed Brandon's attitude during our last phone call. He was ranting at me and telling me that I was wasting his time to create a backup offer. I get that it is not normal to submit a backup offer but I don't think it's justified to be yelled at over a 10mins call. As a returning customer, I was genuinely disappointed. Not only I lost an opportunity to own my dream home but also lost this good relationship and trust with Brandell.

From day one, Ben Chin brought an incredible level of energy and focus that immediately put us at ease. He stayed on top of every single detail. He made sure we signed every document on time, met every deadline, and understood what we were committing to. He was also proactive in reaching out to the builder and lender to make sure they upheld their timelines and responsibilities. We never felt like we were chasing anyone, he was always one step ahead.
