From day one, Ben Chin brought an incredible level of energy and focus that immediately put us at ease. He stayed on top of every single detail. He made sure we signed every document on time, met every deadline, and understood what we were committing to. He was also proactive in reaching out to the builder and lender to make sure they upheld their timelines and responsibilities. We never felt like we were chasing anyone, he was always one step ahead. What stood out most was how attentive he was to both of us. He took the time to make sure we felt completely comfortable throughout the process, encouraging us to ask as many questions as we needed and patiently walking through details until everything made sense. We never felt rushed or brushed off, which meant a lot as first-time buyers making such a big decision. Even after closing, Benj didn't disappear.
