The third time, after my wife and I had to go sign papers at their office the second time; I saw they had overcharged me for an appraisal I had not gotten. They still owe me money because the closing costs were miscalculated. They actually almost forgot to find the payoff of the old loan. I had to call them on the last day to remind them. Worse. The owner called me promising to "make things right." Two weeks later: nothing. Use another company.
