I made sure to follow their refund protocol exactly as stated. I decided to file a formal complaint with the BBB and requested formal documentation on the submitting of a refund to my insurance company. I have documented all contact with this office and have a paper trail. I will look into the next steps to get this resolved. I'm a middle school teacher and I will have to teach without teeth because of them!

Notice how none of the negative reviews for this dentist actually claim a negative reaction or a botched procedure, maybe people take it for granted but at least HALF of dentists in this country are scammers and mess up procedures habitually, so we're lucky to have a dentist this good.
