Called the practice and it took them a full 24 hours to get back to me and they provided nothing. My face looked absolutely atrocious for a full TWO WEEKS and when resolved I had ZERO benefit as red marks are still 100% there. The procedure was wildly oversold, I wasn't adequately warned of the risk by the provider and I paid $275 to make my face look awful with ZERO benefit. Couldn't recommend them any less.

I went to get a physical in March and my doctor noticed it right away and recommended I get a biopsy. She referred me to Dr. Jensen and they called me to make an appointment. I went in there thinking I would have a couple of visits to discuss removing the mole. To my surprise the doc performed the procedure on my first visit. Took like 5 minutes. He also treated me for my dark spots on my face which I had just accepted they came with age. He prescribed a 12 week treatment and it's been six weeks. The treatment has felt like my face is on fire but moisturizing several times a day soothes the skin. I am pleased with the healing process of my mole and noticeable difference in my dark spots. Today was my first microdermabrasion and my skin looks so much better and feels fantastic. I hesitated to put 3 dollar signs, because I was afraid it would deter folks from going. I was with Charlie 1 1/2 hours, in a quiet room, lovely music and while my mask was peculating he gave me the most wonderful hand massage. For the service I received and the way my face looks and feels, it was worth every penny.
