He was very knowledgeable and professional and made me feel very comfortable. Although the building is old the office itself is clean and neat and the office managers are very friendly and polite . I was administered a cortisone shot and had X-ray s and an MRI . Although the MRI showed I did have a small rotor cuff tear he suggested Physical Therapy and did not push surgery My shoulder got better over time so far no surgery needed ! Now my other shoulder is bothering me . So today was back to see Dr . Lastihenos . Once again pleasant and professional . Still following COVID rules , masks and distancing . Great staff ! Had X-rays and a cortisone shot... Hope it works otherwise PT next !

I was told by three orthopedic surgeons that there is no repairing that problem at my age , and if I were 20 it might work but not in my fifties ! There is no blood supply at my age to that area . How do you repair an area that can't heal ? I use to run , kneel , play golf .. not any more after this mess . Don't take any doctors word ! Get a second opinion I'm so sorry I did not ! This hospital was once a dump however now its an amazing hospital. From my experience I was treated with the upmost respect and awesome service . Starting from the emergency room staff. I thought I would be sitting waiting for at least 4 hrs. Its was about 1 hour and I was called in. Unfortunately I wasn't feeling well, but the nurses and Dr took very good care of me. I had pneumonia didnt even know it. I was treated with the upmost care. From transport to food service, imaging reps to blood work reps , nurses on the floor were all great. Southside has improved a lot. I would recommend this hospital for care.

By the time I was done, I felt great and they sent me on my way with all the tools I needed. I am now being treated for a Rotator Cuff injury that I was told by my Orthopedic surgeon would probably not work but again, Todd, Rich & Nick are treating me on my way to recovery. I feel great and they are once again have given me the tools to improve my chances of NOT getting surgery. Erica who is one of the PT assistants is great! She is friendly, funny and knows exactly what I need every time I go. I highly recommend these guys for all your PT needs!!! I never have to wait to be treated, they are funny, friendly and most important very concerned and in tune to my needs for what I need to recover!

We were both impressed by the quiet and calm energy in the office. I finished with my occupational therapy at home on May 26. My recovery has been taking longer than anticipated. I first met with Nash at Maximum Motion for my evaluation on June 2. She's very friendly, kind, intelligent, supportive and attentive. I especially like that. I've unfortunately been to physical therapy too many times in my 60 years and it's never a plus if the therapists aren't listening to their patients. On June 6th and every other day after I've had the pleasure, and I mean that, of meeting and working with Kenny, Kevin, Olivia, Allison and the lovely and pleasant Jenn who greets us with warmth, kindness and a beautiful smile. I've only ever spoken with Kim on the phone but she is just as delightful as the rest of the staff. The atmosphere is laid back but hands-on. I've never liked physical therapy because of my many maladies something else always inevitably happens that causes pain elsewhere to debilitate me, because I wasn't being listened to. I don't worry about that with these beautiful people. Care is given, and no one is ever given more than they know each patient can handle. They each have a wicked sense of humor and, as a patient, it's their easy camaraderie that makes going there especially comfortable and even fun. I actually look forward to going back. We highly recommend checking them out.

Dr. Cuellar is nice enough. However, I would not recommend him for a hip replacement. My scar is…read morestill so sensitive (painful) 2 years after my surgery. The leg that got the new hip is longer than my other, leaving me with a noticeable limp. I often feel as though I will lose my balance. As I said, he is very amiable and the office is well run. Before my surgery, he did give me shots in my hip which made it feel much better. I would recommend him for the shots but not the surgery.
