The intake personnel all seem tired, curt, beaten down by constant stress. No one smiles, none want to talk beyond the required information gathering. Triage into the medical side was somewhat better. The nursing assistants, Emergency department techs were more engaged. I did not see a Registered Nurse. Everyone was efficient, getting the job done with minimal fuss. The doctor saw me after a 15 minute wait. For an emergency department that is record fast time. He was cheerful, competent, helpful and was willing to have a converstion rather than dictate orders. We cooperatively agreed on a care plan. (It helped that I have a Master's degree in Public Health). My total time for the visit was 90 minutes. Got the medications I needed. 36 hours later I am starting to recover, though I still feel kind'a crappy (Pun intended).

Our 3 children (2 girls and a boy) have been with Sutter Pediatrics since 2009. Our first…read morepediatrician, Dr. Koch was excellent but had to retire. We were then assigned to Dr. Corp - that year was the worst for our children. Luckily, we were referred to Dr. Gill. From the first time we met the good doctor, my wife and I felt a sense of calm. More importantly, he immediately made our children feel at ease. During appointments, our wait times have been substantially shorter compared to other doctors and we've never felt rushed when he checks on our kids. He's very thorough and is a genuinely caring person. To top it off, our son E is about to attend Kindergarten and his school requested that a Health Assessment be filled out. It usually takes 5-7 days, per Sutter Admin; it took Dr. Gill a couple of hours :) Oh and his assistants Tigi and Kelly are the best too! If Dr. Gill has an open spot in his practice, don't hesitate to go for it. Your children will be in good hands.

I understand that the ED is busy but I didn't choose him to work there, he did. so the being busy thing cant be a good excuse. Doctor Daniel Sadoma wouldn't contact my surgical team after they were the ones who sent me to the ED. He was obsessed with an issue that I didn't go in for and I very clearly told him was not my problem. I reviewed the notes after I left and he actually lied on the documentation about the exam he provided. The paper work stated that he checked my eyes, lungs, etc. standard triage stuff. He never did any of that. He actually lied saying we discussed changing my routine around constipation too. He didn't discuss any changes with me. Nothing was even talked about in regards to the pain that I came in for. Literally zero pain management options were brought up. That sad I have no interest in pain meds. I wanted to be treated properly. This doctor didn't even do the bare minimum in that regard. Just the fact that I told him repeatedly that I was a bariatric patient and that my team from this same hospital sent me there and he decided that wasn't important. At one point he asked me if they wanted me admitted and I said I don't know why don't you contact them. He replied that he only contacted specialist if he had a reason to! I guess that specialist literally telling me to do he ED wasn't a good enough reason. I don't even live near Roseville, I only drove here because this is where my surgical team is! BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME TO GO HERE! Avoid Doctor Daniel Sadoma at all costs. there are way better doctors here and if you end up with this man ask for someone else or push hard to get proper care because he won't listen to you. maybe it's because I am a woman. or maybe he just thinks he knows better than my surgical team. Maybe it's garden variety doctor arrogance.

She plays the harp and sings. Today, she played Somewhere over the Rainbow. She is an angel. The facility is very nice. The atrium areas are beautiful and perfect for reflection. I especially liked the one with the succulent garden.
