Any good reviews for this business is only because they don't watch them during the construction. The siding is good, the installers are far from professional and knowledgeable. Pictures are of the side where the faucet was leaking for three days and the electric wires on the siding that were removed without turning the power off. Why would anyone like me go through the trouble of posting things like this unless it is to warn other people? The owner or whoever posts replies so you think I'm lying.

I asked two companies to see what my options were. One company said they would get back to me, and did not. The other was Kevin, who personally came out to see the job and straight up told me the only option was to rip up the tiles due to nothing being able to bond to the tile (and also added he had never seen this surface put on a pool in his 30 years of working on pool decks). Kevin was very prompt, up front about what costs would be and gave me a great price on also adding a rail to the project. With each phase of the project, we were able to communicate what was found under the tile, answered my questions about potential add ons (new drains), costs, how it would potentially affect other aspects of the area (screened in cage) and time it would take to do so. He also took to the time to give me potential pricing on other concrete issues I have on the property. There is a reason his website states his company is "affordable" and "no job is too big, or too small." Very happy with the finished product and now feel comfortable with having guests enjoy the pool. I highly recommend Kevin and his crew for any work needed in regards to pools decks and concrete projects.

After reading all the glowing reviews, I expected a fair quote and the job to be done correctly. Wade not only gave a firm quote without seeing what work needed to be done, but then he proceeded to boast about how much he makes an hour when we questioned how he figured the quote. He can go ahead and continue to make his $750+/ hour, but it won't be coming from us.

We've recommended KNK to other homeowners in our neighborhood who are in the process of contracting with them to make home renovations. we are all extremely pleased With their service and reliability. After an informative assessment appointment, I decided to move forward with them. From the beginning, Ben was professional and thorough. He provided a detailed written contract, walked me through his process, answered all of my questions, and ensured the workspace was cleaned at the end of each day. Even when the project extended beyond the original timeline, I appreciated that Ben kept me updated about the challenges he was facing. His communication and transparency were reassuring. Unfortunately, the strong communication didn't last. Toward the end of the project, Ben became unresponsive. Two important tasks remain unfinished, the correction of a gutter that was improperly installed over my back porch and the removal of a large "Bagster - Dumpster in a Bag" filled with trash from the wall replacement. The last time I spoke with Ben was on May 14. He mentioned he was completing another project in GA and would contact me when he returned. Over a month later, with several unanswered messages, I'm having to find someone else to fix the gutter and figuring out how to dispose of the waste left on my property. Ben and his team clearly do quality work, but I'm disappointed in how the project was left incomplete. For potential clients, my suggestion is to hold off on making your final payment until all aspects of the job, including clean-up and waste removal is fully finished.
