He tells you everything that is wrong with the house so you can make a better decision quickly and back out, saving you time and money on inspection. We used his service and seen many houses for two years in different towns. After seeing so many houses we finally found the one we were waiting for. After house inspection by professionals Tushar fought together with us and was able to convince the seller to take off 11K from the total. Tushar fights for you and provides you with lots of information and neighborhood details so you don't get screwed buying a house. He does NOT make you sign any papers for showing you a house which is a big plus (unlike lots of new agents these days that does do this and locks you in, stripping you of your freedom to see houses via better agents). The best part is Tushar has experience, knowledge, and connections so when you do want to buy a house he will hook you up with lawyer, inspection, appraisal etc... At one point the seller tried to take the expensive appliances with him, Tushar quickly fought back and reminded them of the contract they signed which prevented them from taking any appliances. Luckily no appliances was taken from the house I finally bought. I know my next house will definitely be through Tushar because if you're ready to buy a house he will make sure you're not falling behind on the your task.

I am in the process of moving from NYC to CT - as we all know, moving is hard, emotional and takes caring and kindness. I was honest with Maria, the agent I was put in touch with, that I needed hand holding through the process and if she wasn't the right fit, no hard feelings. I get it, not everyone likes to hand hold. Not only did she rush me and my mom through apartments but she wasn't quick to respond and as we all know, agents work around the clock, are eager to make a sale and help their clients. I was concerned and so I contacted her sister Laura who is her boss. Laura left me a voicemail and at the end forgot to hang up the phone it caught Maria saying "I'LL FIX HER ASS!" Amongst other things. The aggressive words and sound of her threatening voice left me frightened and concerned as this woman represents a business with large buildings and many tenants. I can only imagine what they're like when you need help as a tenant! If you are looking for a kind, thoughtful and helpful agent this is not it. Do whatever you can to find someone who cares about you and your needs..

However, the management company/leasing office (Spinnaker Real Estate Partners in South Norwalk) is the WORST I have ever dealt with. Rude, arrogant, incompetent, unprofessional, poor communication skills, generally unavailable and unhelpful. BEWARE they also manage the new IRON WORKS buildings. I'd highly recommend staying away from both properties if you ever intend to interact with management or leasing. In my experience, the management never responded to emails, answered the phone, or replied to voicemails. Finally, to get my questions answered I had to physically show up in the management office and corner the manager. They may be nice places to live, but save yourself the headache and frustration of dealing with this management company if you can and find somewhere else.
