I recently called Things Remembered in the Rockaway Mall and got the sweetest treatment from…read moreMichelle and Joe. I had damaged by accident a friend of mine Living Treasure award which she had just received that day and was able to get a duplicate of it by returning the damaged pieces. They definitely have service with a smile because when I went in to the store they had the new piece ready and just popped off the engraved piece and placed it on. It was as good as new. Boy was I relieved because it is a keepsake and since they took back the damaged goods they didn't even charge me anything to replace it. This is going above and beyond the call of duty. Rockaway's Michelle and Joe deserve a raise and got a lot of praise for doing their jobs so stupendously--- Praise the Lord!

It's not easy for me to surprise my wife since we're basically attached at the hip, but Dickerson's…read moreFlower Shop has made it possible--twice now. Both times I gave them no notice at all, just walked in and explained I wanted to pull off an impromptu surprise. The first time, they put together a beautiful bouquet for about $20 that absolutely lit up my wife's day. Today, I decided to double the budget to $40, and the arrangement they handed me was beyond impressive--so much so that my wife had tears welling in her eyes when she saw it. I staged the reveal by sending her out to my car to "grab my phone that slid between the seats," and when she came back in with the bouquet, the reaction was priceless. I honestly can't wait to buy her flowers again. What really stands out here is how accommodating and kind the staff are, plus the value you get for the money. They make it feel easy, even when I show up last minute. I regret not leaving a review the first time, so I'm making sure to do it now. Highly recommend Dickerson's Flower Shop. Thank you for helping me pull off these surprises--I'll definitely be back again.

I was very happy with the results, and the technicians were professional, thorough, and courteous. What impressed me even more was how the company ultimately responded when some outdoor equipment was accidentally damaged during the work. I highly recommend Toranzo Property Pros. They do excellent work and, in the unlikely event that something does not go as planned, they stand behind their service and make it right.

Hector was the gentleman that gave me the quote and did the work. He was super nice, they did a full sprinkler system install in 1 day. The sprinkler system works great so far. Looking forward to using it this fall and next spring.

An…read moreautomated service suggested a date to shut down my system in early October --I accepted without paying too much attention, but my landscaper seeded my lawn 2 days later and now I'm hand watering every day. I should have caught this, but it's not the kind of thing I have to worry about and I want to work with a company that I can trust to make a sensible suggestion. When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. So did I not need it, or were you just trying to uncharge me? Or do I actually need it, and you never took the time to come back and fix it?
