I went in for a gray touch-up and additional highlights and asked for the same result as my first visit. I clearly and repeatedly expressed my concerns, specifically that I did not want brassy, orange, or yellow tones. Unfortunately, the results were disastrous. After spending 8 hours in the chair, the first attempt left my hair orange. Sarah said she would fix it, but it then turned yellow. Even after all that time, my gray was not fully covered, and my hair was left fried and yellow. She charged $280 for a result that was nowhere near what I requested or what was previously done. Based on the outcome, the work appeared inexperienced and amateur. Sarah needs much more practice, and I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure expectations are very clear--better yet, consider another stylist.
