BUYER BEWARE!!! Worst woman ever!! I ordered from her in September and was told on multiple occasions that I could pick it up. The first time it wasn't finished, then she couldn't be there, then her sister was "clinging to life" in the hospital. Yet, she continued to make happy posts on her Instagram. Due to the size of the piece, I needed to make arrangements to get a larger vehicle. She was aware of this, yet continued to cancel after setting everything up. She once said she would deliver it, but then said days later that she was too busy. At this point I was livid, as it was an xmas gift for my parents from my brothers and I. They ended up with no gift to open. After she got home from "the hospital" she made a post about someone just picking up their piece, yet when I asked to pick up the item I have already paid for she stated she wouldn't be home til the next day. By this point there were admittedly many harsh words being exchanged, but it was certainly coming from both sides. Finally she said she would put my refund in her mailbox. Not wanting her to say it must have gotten "stolen", I told her to etransfer it to me as that is how I sent it to her. Then she had no time to send the etransfer. Then she was going away for the holidays and would send the refund after. Then she and going on vacation and that she didn't give refunds for custom pieces. At this point I have just given up. Attention. Do not buy signs from this person. Christina's custom creations I posted in this group and a few more that I was looking for someone to make a sign for me. I was told that Christina makes signs. I messaged her and she said that she could do it and that it would take 4-6 weeks. I Said that's fine. So 5 weeks in I asked about my signs. She told me not done to come Saturday. Messaged her still not done come Tuesday. Messaged again, still not done. I did tell her no hurry however to message me when done. Two weeks later still haven't heard from her so I messaged her again. She told me to come that Sunday, so I drove 15 mins to her place to be told it's still not done. She told me to come back tomorrow(Monday) then cancelled that day due to not feeling well. Ok I get it people get sick. Was told to come Wednesday. yet again cancelled thus time family emergency. Oh shit happens. Then was told Friday after work. My boyfriend worked late and I told her I could pick up at 8. She said that's to late, so we rescheduled for Sunday ( two months after I ordered it) When we got there, we rang the door bell. Waited Nothing rang again and knocked hard due to there being 4 levels in the town house and we know that it's hard to hear the door. When she finally came she threatened us that we are lucky that her husband is not home because we knocked hard. She handed the sign over after some back and forth and slammed the door in our face. As others have said... BUYER BEWARE!!!! I ordered from her in 2018 to make a Scrabble tile design of our names. Transaction was fine. Had our second son in May 2021, so I contacted her to see if I could get letters to add. I made sure to provide pictures of the initial set, including measurements. I asked for the new ones to match. She said she would and it would take two weeks. Two weeks later she akss if I want to proceed... said she now requires payment upfront, so she hadnt started it. Fine, I had no realy trouble in 2018, so I'll take a chance. June: payment made. Order is finally ready for pick up... go get them and she has made them with the incorrect measurements and a non-yellowing finish, meaning they will never match or come close to the originals. She argued with me about how they were correct. She couldn't remember what varnish she used in 2018, finally said she would try Modge Podge as she thinks that might be it. I asked her to send photos of the modge podge on a practice piece so we could compare. Never did. Many weeks and reasons (including: death in family and sick from covid vaccine), she said she would put the redone ones out. I asked for a photo to confirm they were redone and correctly. She promised she would, but never did. This was now two months after payment. Drive the ~20min to her house with my infant to pick up: they weren't out. Said she forgot to put out and would drop off. Two weeks later, says she was in a bad accident and I would need to pick up. It took her two weeks multiple times to respond that they were done, but not provide a day/time for pick up. A friend messaged to see if she was just ignoring me, and yes... friend got answers right away. Finally got a "come this afternoon"... drove the ~20min again only to find the exact same, incorrectly done tiles as months ago left out. Told her - and I get a song and dance that I didn't provide measurements until after the first set was made and there was nothing she could do to march colours with the varathane. Buyer beware!!! This woman takes your payment in full up front then makes you wait months for your item. She makes all sorts of excuses as to why you can't pick it up then she is rude!!! She will start a fight with you, call you names and tell you she has hundreds of orders and to be patient. I had to make a huge deal about it to finally get my sign. I had to send my husband because she was being very threatening. Saying "dare you to come b@&!$". Then the sign was like nothing we discussed. It looked like a 2 year old painted it. Luckily I'm creative and can sand and redo but seriously save your money people! There are plenty of sign makers out there. read more

Extremely disappointing experience. Her signs look so beautiful in the pictures. But buyer beware!!! I ordered a welcome sign and was told it would take 2 weeks. By week 4 I inquired to see if I could pickup but she said there was a delay due to needing more saw blades. Ok, no problem. 2 more weeks went by. Meanwhile the entire time she's posting her daily creations on her personal social media lol. What a joke. Finally went to pickup 7 weeks later. I arrived exactly on time. Someone yelled down from an upper window (she lives in one of those tall skinny townhomes) and said they'd be right down. I waited a full 15 minutes LOL. I was wondering what was taking so long... turns out she forgot to paint some of my add-ons for the sign. Why not just say that and be up front? I was so disgusted with myself for pre-paying for her garbage. The letter W looked like it was cut out using a hand saw. The add-on shapes looked like her kid painted them. You could see all the brush strokes and they looked nothing like the ones in the picture .. Please i urge you.. save your money. I spent $90 on pure crap that I had to throw in the garbage and I had a lot of my time wasted. There are so many better sign makers out there that are way cheaper, produce a quality product, and that are friendly and won't mess around with you. This woman is pure trash and gives Oshawa small business owners a bad name. Be sure to read the additional reviews that Yelp hides under "reviews not recommended" I'm sure that was Christina reporting them lol You should be ashamed Christina. I'm embarrassed for you, that you choose to advertise yourself as a small business. Please stop with this garbage and learn how to treat people. read more

Honestly, doing business with this person was my worst decision. No actually, paying in full up front was the worst decision. She has a million excuses of why your item isn't ready....so many excuses but at the end of the day, she is unprofessional. I ordered in the summer of 2020 one item and then a couple of weeks later another item. Paid for both in full at that time. With a promise that it would be ready in a couple of weeks. Then I inquired multiple times over the next few months (I have all the fb chat messages to prove this). Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec. I was promised that it would ready "way before Christmas", which I would hope so since I ordered in the summer! But no, it was not. Finally, it was "ready" on Jan 2, 2021! I went to pick up both items. But one was wrong. It was a door mat and was not what I ordered. "No problem, I"ll drop it off next week". But more excuses, sick, death in the family (again lol...this girl has more people sick and die in her famiy), and then just radio silence until she finally dropped it off in Feb 2021. It wasn't even right (I had sent her multiple pics of what I wanted) but I couldn't be bothered to be honest. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. She's a big talker but can't deliver.
