She did not ensure a rent-back agreement was in place, seeing that there is no house lined up for my family to buy/live in once they need to move out. Not only this, but giving input on why my grandparents shouldn't move closer to us when they are going to need constant at-home care. She only wants the family to work with agents SHE refers, and was rude to a different agent we felt more comfortable with. If you have elderly in the family looking to sell their home, please do not go to Lori. I am disturbed by the lack of integrity that I am seeing take place.

Then was charged cleaning fees. We were too nice moving in there were nails left all over the apartment and it really wasnt that clean but we would of cleaned anyway and didnt want to come off high maintenance. We thought they would be happy with how clean the apartment was. And the whole time we lived there we asked them to fix the fire place and put a screen in the back window and they ignored us.

If anyone is looking to purchase 400 Sonoma Ave. in seaside please be aware that this company did not even bother to get rid of the mice! This company disgusts me. Not once did I ever receive a call back or any communication from them in any way. They have zero cares for people. Also, the gas line in the kitchen and fan for the oven I believe are illegal and not up to code however they had zero problems renting it to the elderly. In response to the owners reply. The rent was $500 when you guys "took over the portfolio". You guys jacked the price up so high in such a short amount of time that it is absolutely in no way a reasonable price. If you deem it unrentable then no one should be paying $1,950 for it. That's absurd. I called a total of 5 times in the span of a month and left a voicemail every single time. I was never even once able to reach a live person. So check your messages and you will have all the record you need. You guys were 100% aware of the condition of the home. Not only did you demand tons of photos of the inside and outside of the home every 6ish Months but you also did several walk throughs inside and outside. Each time you guys deemed it rentable. That is not looking out for senior citizens that is abusing their inability to fend for themselves. Your company should be ashamed of themselves as well as the owner of this property.
