The front desk personnel are efficient; they get your call where it needs to go, so you can then get the compassionate counsel you need. If you are expecting to get a warm hug AND full on venting, with front desk personnel, your expectations for what front desk personnel do may need a little tweaking. It is always nice when there is a softness to their voice that sends the message "We'll take good care of you". We have found that my daughter truly connects with Kasey Woods and that is essential for growth. I can't put into words the "warm hug" feeling you get just from hearing Ms. Woods' voice. I have found her to go above and beyond, with her empathetic listening to my young daughter. My daughter doesn't share much ; the fact that she looks forward to sessions with Ms. Woods, where she shares, are a Godsend. As a parent, Ms. Woods listens to my concerns in an active, we'll do something about it, way. I love our experience , over the last several months, with TBC.

It's like they just tell you what they think you want to hear and then do whatever they want later. The office manager or whomever is in charge of billing is beyond ugly. She takes an attitude right off the bat with you, and shows no grace, no understanding and is just not a kind person. You would think the person you want in charge of collecting $$, would be one that you'd want not to be rude. We all get that it's a business and needs payment to survive, but one, don't lie to me and two, don't tell people I'm being ugly when all I asked you was a straight forward simple question that was not ugly in the least. Not only that, after working with them for over a decade, it's a hit or miss on the therapist, which is to be expected, but more than one of them have an unparalleled since of entitlement, like being a Christian based therapy makes them akin to God And you are not allowed to have boundaries or not allow people to talk down to you and turns you in to the enemy, and this is with the therapists and office staff. We are all human and as long as we aren't treating them like dog poo, we should get the same respect from them. I just don't understand the attitude or the lying. It's unnecessary and uncalled for.

I've never had intentions to talk ill of a place but I care about the safety of other young women. I've gone to this practice for birth control and my experience was good and I felt comfortable with my doctor. My second appointment was pleasant as well and the nurses here are wonderful along with the front staff!! These people are so kind and made me feel so comfortable but when it came to the doctor... My latest appointment was my first check up on the baby. The nurse was so sweet and polite and made me feel so safe and comfortable I politely asked if any exams were to be done if I could be please request a female doctor. She was so kind and told me that she could talk to the doctor in making that happen. When the doctor came in he came in smacking gum and annoyed with me and my partner he couldn't even make eye contact with me at all. He told me that I needed to find a different practice because all they had were male doctors and that's who would be taking care of me and then he walked out of the room. Me and my partner we're left there in the room shocked and alone.
